Looking for the mod I did to get Large. It was the normal creature adjustment chart, the +2 LA was from Raunchel.

I think it would be up to Raunchel in that case since you two essentially made a "new" race it would be up to her how many hit-die/ hp you have since your Half-Ogre is unique to this game.

I agree, it's worth asking. I just didn't know enough to know to ask. I just assumed 4 hit die at the monk rate.

Raunchel, opinions, thoughts?

Having said that, a hobgoblin warlord is not going to be impressed if we announced we were a democratic committee.

You might have to bluff to disguise your casting, but maybe the envoy will be distracted by talking to P anyway.

Have a listen to her first, if she's kind of aggressive and she resists the charm, we erm... have a division of hobgoblins coming straight at us. What can possibly go wrong?

Which is why Kael is playing the part. He is most certainly not giving actual leadership away, but he always plays the right hand man. Better to control power when your not the one who takes the blame

Well of course he had a message cast on him, but the range is only 160 ft.... somehow I don't think thats going to cut it

That actually makes sense considering hobgoblins military discipline. They would make formidably allies.
