Wow, I just realized that Monzoul gets an additional +4 to intimidate for creatures smaller than him and since hes large that means most. Yay for a take 10 32 intimidate check I guess

Is it +4 for anything smaller, or +4 for each size smaller?

Larger or Smaller than Target You gain a +4 bonus on Intimidate checks if you are larger than your target, and a –4 penalty on Intimidate checks if you are smaller than your target.

The DC to make someone shaken is 10 + HD + wis score... and anyone within 10 feet of Althazar gets a -4 penalty to fear based effects.
Shaken A shaken character takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. Shaken is a less severe state of fear than frightened or panicked. According to this shaken is a fear effect so I suppose the DC to beat is 10 + HD + wis -4 when hanging arround althazar... combine that with a +22 intimidate mod ![]() |

Eh, it was worth a shot.
So lets see, Shaken DC would be 20, Intimidate (take10) would be 21. Not too shabby.

Well it's not really a save, the DC is the dc to cause the shaken effect.. it is a fixed dc for each creature. So if your HD + wis Mod +10 was 20, that means that Monzoul would have to roll a nat 1 not to make you shaken

Oops, I forgot to mention it I think, the winged orc is flying at a safe distance. And my rolls are back to how they were. For the saves(before modifiers): 19,17,20,7,18,20. Yes, that's good I know.

Also, when she origionally moved out of range he recieved one AoO so that first roll still counts

The first AoO counts, she is currently flying at a slight distance, being slightly careful. And yes, these orcs are brave, but that's part of being the elite of an orc army, those tend to have quite some bravery. By the way, their ferocity ability is very nice, they just keep fighting, even when they should have fallen already.
