Yes, the feat counts towards the paragon path that you wish to multiclass to (You could also retrain a feat to a paragon one from the multiclass you took as your level 11 feat).

FoF+Withering Weapon
Playing a level 14 CB monk with a Withering Spear, just have a question. Does FoB proc withering's -1 AC per hit or is it once per round? So if I land hit with an at-will with the weapon keyword, and then FoB for an additional (5 at current level), does it proc Withering twice or only once?

The FoB is not keyed to weapons, and you gain no benefit of weapons or implements unless they specifically state that they modify FoB. As such, the FoB doesn't use the spear, so the Withering effect won't proc. Sadly. Cool idea!

In 4e, which table for skill DCs should be used?
There's the DMG original table, the DMG errata'd table (also used in the DM screen), and the one in the Rules Compendium. I figure it's one of the latter two. But if we're supposed to use the Rules Compendium table, why hasn't the DMG errata been updated to match?

Because WotC are really bad with their errata...
The answer really is "whichever one you feel appropriate". How good are your PC's skills? Choose a value that feels appropriate for the group, so that those who have trained and specialised can get it easily, and those that have no skill will find it difficult. Above all, that is, don't let a skill failure lead to a "oh well, nothing happens because you didn't succeed" situation. Instead, let their failure still move the story forwardfail forward, and keep the DCs at a point where they are fun ![]() (but if forced, I use the Rules Compendium ones ![]()
