Free Action: cast Haste using Conceal Spellcasting skill trick. Enemies get a Spot check vs my Sleight of Hand roll to notice Ki casting.
Dice SoH:
d20+10 (19)+10 Total = 29

Swift Action: Cast Inspirational Boost.
Standard Action: Inspire Courage, using Badge of Valor and bonus from Inspirational Boost to grant Ki and all allies +3 to hit and damage and saves vs Charm and Fear effects.
Move Action: Held until map is available.

Overall Effects: Everyone is Hasted and also has +3 to hit and damage rolls and saves vs fear and charm effects.

So I'm going to take a page out of Chuck's book and leave write up the ugly mechanics here rather than crowding up our nice narrative thread.
The MechanicsFree Action: Sev's draws his Rapier due to Quick Draw
-Flick of the Wrist (CW p.99) leaves Alpha flatfooted.

Full Round Action: Full Attack with 5ft step towards his foe.
Dice Rapier 1 atk/dmg:
d20+17 (12)+17 Total = 29
d6+9 (2)+9 Total = 11

Dice Rapier 2:
d20+12 (13)+12 Total = 25
d6+9 (2)+9 Total = 11

Dice Silver Dagger 1:
d20+14 (1)+14 Total = 15
d4+5 (3)+5 Total = 8
Dice Silver Dagger Fumble?:
d20+14 (6)+14 Total = 20

Dice Rapier Haste:
d20+17 (15)+17 Total = 32
d6+9 (5)+9 Total = 14
Dice Rapier Haste Crit Confirm:
d20+17 (8)+17 Total = 25
d6+9 (3)+9 Total = 12

Dice Sneak Attack Bonus from 1st successful hit:
3d6+0 (5, 3, 4)+0 Total = 12

So, if I'm being optimistic, that's 3 hits (1 a crit, Sev's Rapier is Keen) for 60 damage. Post coming later this afternoon after my appointment and after Toba tells me if I fumbled my dagger.

MechanicsMove Action: Sev circles wide and approaches the Top archer from directly above. This way the Top Archer is blocking LoS on Sev from the Bottom Archer. Sev's movement is 60 so he's got pleanty of space. While taking this Move action, Sev sheathes his rapier for free.
Standard Action: Sev takes a swipe at Top Archer with his dagger.
Dice Silver Dagger atk/dmg:
d20+18 (9)+18 Total = 27
d4+5 (1)+5 Total = 6

Free Action: Sev takes a glance around to look for their friends.
Dice Spot:
d20+12 (7)+12 Total = 19


Top Archer is designated for Sev's +2 Dodge to AC.
In the event of an AoO
Dice Dagger AoO atk/dmg:
d20+18 (20)+18 Total = 38
d4+5 (3)+5 Total = 8
Dice AoO Crit Confirm:
d20+18 (3)+18 Total = 21
d4+5 (3)+5 Total = 8

Move Action: move to opposite of Sev flanking top archer, avoiding AoOs along the way. 60' movement makes this easy, drawing long sword along the way.

SidenoteLast round, Sev sheathed his rapier and only attacked with this dagger (See previous mechanics post). This allows him to use his Flick of the Wrist feat again on his new target.

Yeah, looks like I shorted myself a +1

As I have confused the order here, I'm not sure if Ki's attacks or Sev's go first. If Ki goes first since Chuck got his narrative post in first, then I have not added a flanking bonus to the attack rolls above or the information below.

If Leader flatfoot AC<16, 4 hits (2 crits) 68 damage.
If Leader flatfoot AC<19, 4 hits (1 crit) 62 damage.
If Leader flatfoot AC>19, 3hits (1 crit) 48 damage.

Sev designates Leader (if he lives) for Dodge bonus. Reaver 1 is designated if Leader is dead.
