That’s true! The copy/paste of large descriptions is useful

Let’s not forget about PDF maps for pbp, too. Saves a trip to the copy machine. The Paizo documents actually have their maps in layers too, so I can strip away certain features I don’t want my PCs to see.

I may be going against popular opinion a bit, and I am possibly something of a traditionalist, but for me there is nothing that can beat the feel of a pristine hardback cover in your hands .

I have a hardcopy of the core and PDFs of the splat books.

I remember the height of 3.5 and my backpack loaded to the brim with books. It was a kinder gentler time. Now a days, I have neither the shelf space nor the endurance to lug an entire library around.

I'll also say that I tend towards very crunchy systems and the PDF search function and bookmark function are a real life saver. Especially since some Shadowrun books don't have an Index ~_~

Don't get me wrong!! Sitting on the couch or a bright cafe with an actual book is superb, really fun actually, but it's time I could be working on my game. It takes loads of time spent on my hobby when I could writing in RPGCrossings, working on maps, formatting, checking character sheets...

Piling on

Just piling on here but I have strictly PDF and anytime I'm with friends that own hard copies, I tend to "forget" all about my pdfs..
