Aender's saw Ismark go down wolves on each side of him and decides that would be his best mark both wolves occupied with the fallen Ismark. Moving forward behind the wolf that was actively biting the man. Once in range he stabs forward with one and then the other short sword in his hands. Hoping that his weapon finds its mark and kills the beast before it can eat their employer. He smiles as his first blade sinks deep into the beats side giving it a wicked looking wound only for his second blade to mostly glance off the beasts thick hide. "Hold on there Ismark we aren't letting these wolves have you for dinner."

If you create a sound, its volume can range from a whisper to a scream. It can be your voice, someone else's voice, a lion's roar, a beating of drums, or any other sound you choose. The sound continues unabated throughout the duration, or you can make discrete sounds at different times before the spell ends.
If you create an image of an object--such as a chair, muddy footprints, or a small chest--it must be no larger than a 5-foot cube. Your familiar acts independently of you, but it always obeys your commands. In combat, it rolls its own initiative and acts on its own turn. A familiar can't attack, but it can take other actions as normal.
When the familiar drops to 0 hit points, it disappears, leaving behind no physical form. It reappears after you cast this spell again.
While your familiar is within 100 feet of you, you can communicate with it telepathically. Additionally, as an action, you can see through your familiar's eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn, gaining the benefits of any special senses that the familiar has. During this time, you are deaf and blind with regard to your own senses.
As an action, you can temporarily dismiss your familiar. It disappears into a pocket dimension where it awaits your summons. Alternatively, you can dismiss it forever. As an action while it is temporarily dismissed, you can cause it to reappear in any unoccupied space within 30 feet of you.
You can't have more than one familiar at a time. If you cast this spell while you already have a familiar, you instead cause it to adopt a new form. Choose one of the forms from the above list. Your familiar transforms into the chosen creature.
Finally, when you cast a spell with a range of touch, your familiar can deliver the spell as if it had cast the spell. Raining Cats and Dogs Lots of stuff happening! The young woman with the longbow dropped the dire wolf next to Polly with a single shot. The oversized lynx bounded over to the last remaining wolf and leapt on its back, causing minimal damage and failing to gain purchase, it tumbled over the larger beast and fell heavily to the ground - just managing to regain its feet in time to dodge the wolf's retaliatory bite. Aender came sneaking up behind the diminutive vamp, silently difficult terrain for 1 squarepulling himself up onto the gallows platform in order to affect a for 17 damagedevastating stab into her kidney with his newly found dagger before preparing to dodge any answering blow from the creature. Thunk - thunk - thunk. Three arrows suddenly sprouted from her side as she went for Barry, throwing her off balance enough to miss Barry got hit for 11one of her two swipes at the Elven cleric. She'd finally identified him as the source of radiant attacks and now seemed to ignore Jhorn in lieu of the more serious threat.

Polly Titchwillow And suddenly, the wolf lay still. Polly looked at the corpse in surprise, then finally noticed the arrow protruding from its neck. Polly looked about, for the first time realizing the newcomers, and stared at the girl. Then she crouched down, fingers digging into the dead wolf's flesh, an anguished frown marring her face. 'Mine!' she growled, practically hissing at the girl who had stolen her kill. Then she turned about, looking for more prey to bring down. Ismark was fighting a desperate battle against the last remaining wolf, Mr. Otus dodging in and out to try and distract the beast. The cat, too, had thrown itself at the wolf, to little effect. Cursing, spitting, Polly pointed her bleeding palm towards the wolf, placing her Hex on the beast. Then she ran, screaming, bringing her staff down on the creature's head. 22 to hit 5 bludgeoning damage, 1 necrotic damageIt was but a glancing blow, hitting the wolf on a thick part of its skull before being turned away by a violent shake of its neck, but at least it had gotten the wolf's attention.

Aender's knew that moving to Ismark was not going to work and the vampire spawn was still proving more resilient than her similarly small frame would suggest. That in mind he does his best to try and finish off the pesky undead halfling that looks to be Halas relative. That decided he does a bit of stance shift bringing both blades forward one after the other trying to pierce the undead heart of the creature currently taking pieces out of Jhorn. Sure he could be irritating at times and secretive but this was a bit extreme. This time his aim seems truer than in the past and one blade after another pierces the foul beasts back biting through flesh and bone, before Aender spins away both blades tearing free of the spawns flesh, as he does ending in a stance ready to strike yet again. "We've got this keep fighting send these blood sucking arse sniffing fiends to the grave once and for all!"

Raining Cats and Dogs Along with the incredible amounts of carnage Mara caused with her glaive, the appearance of the two archers seemed to have turned the course of the battle nicely. The last wolf felled, and now the diminutive vampire receiving devastating amounts of damage as more people turned their attentions to her. Denied her regeneration once again by Barry, she made a lunging grab for him. Coming up with nothing but air as the nimble elf sidestepped the attempt, she shrieked in frustration and 9 damagescored a row of deep furrows down the Cleric of Kelemvor's leg with a slashing attack from her other hand.

Barry Barry and his opponent were both looking ragged. It was clear only one was going to survive this fight, and with numbers on his side Barry knew it would be him. Although,this would probably not be the last they saw of the spawn. If the priest's son was anything to go by, it would turn to mist as it perishes and escape to its coffin to revive. Polly Titchwillow Losing herself in striking the wolf, again and again, Polly almost missed the displacement of air as something heavy swung towards the hated creature. Mara's axe, swinging downward into the wolf's neck, had ended the creature's suffering. The jolt of surprise was enough to stop Polly in her tracks, staring first at the wolf, then Mara, then at the wolf again, eyes wide with shock. Trembling, she nodded her thanks at her warrior poet friend, then grasped the side of her head with one hand as she looked around the battlefield. What am I doing? she thought to herself, only now realizing how far gone she had been. Panting, staggering backwards, Polly realized her mistake. Her rage and grief had blinded her, almost consumed her, while the vampire had been free to prey upon her friends. In the back of her mind, Polly could hear a shrill cackling, as if someone was quite pleased at her momentary lapse of judgement. 'Quiet, you,' she snarled, shaking her head. Now that the veil of anger had been lifted, the monk could feel her inner darkness subside. She quickly made her way over to where her friends were fighting the vampire, stopping only to grab Ismark's shoulder, glancing at the mayor's son to make sure he was alright. Then she continued on, eyes on the vampire ahead. Calming her breathing, Polly drew upon her last reserves. Concentrating on the darkness within the vampire, she extended both arms towards the undead thing. As she did, the monk tried to get a hold of the evil animating the vampire's form, pushing against it, trying to pull apart the darkness. Searing sun bolt To hit: 19 6 radiant damageThe vampire writhed and screamed in agony as its essence was torn apart, the darkness which had claimed her dissipating into nothing as Polly unraveled the strands of shadows chaining its soul. Yet still the vampire clung to life, Polly sinking to one knee with the effort of attempting to banish the corruption. Panting through her teeth, the Hexblood tried but failed to summon the light necessary to banish this evil, her spirit depleted after encountering so many undead horrors. 'Halas!' she cried out, tearing her eyes from the vampire to find her halfling friend. 'Grant her the peace she deserves!'
