Mina could make Vinny Tiny sized. That's a +4 bonus to his dexterity, +2 to his to-hit and +2 to his AC. A permanent metamorphosis for him would probably look something like this:

Isn't Metamorphosis personal range?

Plus the Permenant Ship power says 'a metamorph is able to permanently change his form.' as in Singular.

A long duration tiny Vinny would be funny though, and since most of his damage is based on sneak attack it wouldn't even affect his damage by much...

And note that natural attacks can be made in place of normal progression or replace it, they don't add to them.

So if you have 5 natural attacks you can make all of them as a full round action even with a BAB of +1, though with a penalty if you dont have Multiattack. But if you have a BAB of 16 and 3 primary natural attacks you could choose to make any or all of your 4 attacks with those three natural weapons.

However you don't get to make your normal attacks AND natural ones on top.

Metamorphosis is personal range. This makes it a valid target for abilities like Shared Power, allowing it to be used on allies. Similarly, the Permanent Shift ability is written as follows.

It is singular, as in the default Metamorphosis power. The same text can be found in any Personal power, or in any Personal spell. Their effects are still changed when an ability like Shared Power is applied to them. I suppose this falls under the DM's ruling on which side the RAI should fall.
Edit: To clarify why I put the quote there, I consider the first sentence to be "fluff" while the second sentence is the "crunch." For instance, Mina is a she, not a he (like the Metamorph iconic). My interpretation of the ability is that "the Metamorph can permanently change his form when using Metamorphosis powers. The duration of any Metamorphosis powers he manifests becomes "Permanent (D)."

As for natural attacks, I believe they can be made in addition to a character's normal attacks.

I believe he was asking for transformations. He apparently hasn't got anything to do himself.

I want to be an invisible tic that causes abhorrent damage. Tiny Vinny for the win! Sorry for the lack of coherence. I feel it is Vinny's strong suit when I am posting. He was also asking Kalis if his heads could all become different entities, but instead was frightened by a butterfly.

I -can- monsterfy you into a small insect if you really want me to. You would probably lose a level or three but gain your tiny size and funky powers to suit.

Though I suppose you could settle for being Metamorphed for a while by our psion instead...

Yup, Mina can (try to) do that. It won't even come with any penalties to speed!

Best that we have everyone else post their two rounds of actions (or standing around) first, though. Mina will either transform Vinny once the race starts or when we get our first fight.

That would be fantastic, all bees knees and tonic and gin. Much appreciation at least, and Vinny only really needs one thing to prepare, and that's his invisibility. His assassination DC went up to 23 too, so that's helpful. Especially if they can't register him at all!
