Sorry for the delay everyone, had a rough couple of days and I am currently losing a fight to allergy season, but the post is now up!

Drugs.

They work wonders for me in spring time.

I just think I have a cold as the season slowly creeps up and then one day I remember it is spring, start popping telfast and two days later I'm good. After about a week I go down to one every two days and that more or less does me.

Of course when I was in the UK the pollens were different. Oilseed rape used to be especially bad for me if I went rambling.

I have the beautiful fortune of inheriting my mothers general drug resistance, over the past 20 years I've been on every OTC allergy medication, and not a single one truly functions. I can get buy on a box of kleenex a day. I've got an appointment with a proper allergy specialist but it's not until November and I'm hoping to not be here by then >.o

Okay my schedule got pretty hectic and I think I need to accept that I'm not able to post right now. I'm going out of town starting on Friday the 27th and coming back on the 5th of next month. This is a mix of social visit and scouting the area that we want to move to, so it's entirely likely that once we get down there I will have time and reduced stress to be able to post again. But until then I'm going to be pretty silent. I apologize for my stubborn refusal to accept this fact up until now, and for my absence in the coming period.

Giraffe lick

A horrible affliction where the tongue turns blue. Spread through the lick of a giraffe, or contact with a contaminated person.

Type: disease (contact);
Save: Fortitude DC 20
Onset: 1d6 days;
Frequency 1/day
Cure: 2 consecutive saves

Effect
Tongue turns blue. Each subsequent failure sees the character grow one inch. After curing the tongue returns to normal, but the height gain is permanent. This will result in requiring a new suit of clothes. Eventually it may result in a permanent change in size.

For every four inches of rabid growth, you lose one permanent point of constitution as your body struggles to provide sustenance to its new enlarged form. This constitution loss is permanent and cannot be reversed without returning the character to its initial size.
