The Morning After - The Cat's Meow

Morning has BrokenThe evening is cool and brisk as a spring shower rolls through late at night.
Luckily, the inn has situated the beds in such a way that if it does rain through the window, it falls upon the floor where it can pool and be mopped up, not upon your head while you slumber. The rain and the added coolness of the cold front coming in, helps to give you an exceptional nights rest, waking quite refreshed regardless of whatever extra curricular activities you may, or may not, have done during the night.

Coming down stairs you are entreated with poached duck eggs, sizzling bacon, freshly baked sweetbreads and rolls, some kind of gravy that is quite delicious but made with a grain you are unfamiliar with, and all manners of other concoctions. Gone, however, is the matronly hostess from the night before, in her stead appears a younger lass, perhaps no more than 14 or 15, quite surly and short of temper. She is budding out to be quite the looker and as such, as decided she is too good to work for the inn, and it shows in her attitude and service.
Though, she does actually serve you food and drink.

The NCO from the night before is still at his table. He has stopped pretending to sleep and is instead silently eating his meal. The four officers from the previous night, and most of the cadets are present and quietly shoving food down their throats at a military grade rate.

Rovard walked down the stairs with a massive smile, putting his tusks into rather frightening contrast to his dark skin. While the others had made it to the table earlier he was luckily not overly late for food and quickly began quaffing a flagon of tea and consuming everything he could get his hand on. After a few minutes of his ravenous consumption he wiped his face and looked at his companions, the smile still splitting his face. "So how was everyone's night and whats the plan?"
