but the punch is quite forceful. He falls to the ground, flat on his back. If it hadn't been for his tight grip on his cane, it would have been flung to the side as he impacted the ground.

Fëanor's attempts to remain standing fail and leave him slightly disoriented. Thankfully the ground is a good reference point and the thudding feet of the party help him figure out where everyone is.

Bartholomew's sword swings miss. He is unused to fighting such tiny creatures.

Zuri gets frustrated and tries to swoop down and take Bartholomew's sword. "You're doing more harm than good! And that is saying something considering my aim as of late!"

The rest of the swarm is in front of the party and ready to attack. In total there are 29 Virikas remaining. Some of them attempt to launch themselves at Bartholomew, but are unable to make high enough jumps to attach to his face. Howver, three manage to latch onto Zuri's legs.
