Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Kunoichi are proficient with all simple
weapons, plus the kama, katana, tanto, kusarigama, nunchaku, sai,
shortbow, short sword, shuriken, siangham, and wakizashi. They are
proficient with light armor but not with shields

Sneak Attack: Same as Ninja/Rogue

Finesse Training: At 1st level, a Kunoichi gains Weapon Finesse as
a bonus feat.

Elemental Tail: Starting at 1st level, a Kunoichi gains the ability to
cast a 0-level spell from the sorcerer/wizard spell list. This spell
can be cast at will as a spell-like ability. The Kunoichi's caster
level for this ability is equal to her Kunoichi level. The save DC
for this spell is 10 + the Kunoichi's Intelligence modifier. She gains
an additional Tail for every 2 levels of Kunoichi attained after 1st
level. The second Tail gives the ability to cast a 1st-level spell
from the sorcerer/wizard spell list, third tail gives 2nd-level,
fourth gives 3rd-level, fifth gives 4th-level, sixth gives 5th-level,
seventh gives 6th-level, eighth gives 7th-level and the final ninth
Tail Gained at level 17 gives a 8th-level spell from the
sorcerer/wizard spell list.

Evasion: At 2nd level, a Kunoichi can avoid even magical and unusual
attacks with great agility. If she succeeds at a Reflex saving throw
against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful
save, she instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if the
Kunoichi is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless Kunoichi does
not gain the benefit of evasion

Ki Pool: At 2nd level, a Kunoichi gains a pool of ki points,
supernatural energy she can use to accomplish amazing feats.
The number of points in the Kunoichi's ki pool is equal to 1/2 her
Kunoichi level + her Charisma modifier. As long as she has at least 1
point in her ki pool, she treats any Acrobatics skill check made to
jump as if she had a running start. At 10th level, she also reduces
the DC of Acrobatics skill checks made to jump by 1/2
(although she still cannot move farther than her speed allows). By
spending 1 point from her ki pool, a Kunoichi can make one additional
attack at her highest attack bonus, but she can do so only when making
a full attack. In addition, she can spend 1 point to increase her
speed by 20 feet for 1 round. Finally, a Kunoichi can spend 1 point
from her ki pool to give herself a +4 insight bonus on Stealth checks
for 1 round. Each of these powers is activated as a swift action. A
Kunoichi can gain additional powers that consume points from her ki
pool by selecting certain Kunoichi Arts. The ki pool is replenished
each morning after 8 hours of rest or meditation; these hours do not
need to be consecutive. If the Kunoichi possesses levels in another
class that grants points to a ki pool, Kunoichi levels stack with
the levels of that class to determine the total number of ki points
in the combined pool, but only one ability score modifier is added
to the total. The choice of which score to use is made when the
second class ability is gained, and once made, the choice is set.
The Kunoichi can now use ki points from this pool to power the
abilities of every class she possesses that grants a ki pool

Kunoichi Art: Choose a Rogue Talent/Ninja Trick

Uncanny Dodge: Same as Ninja/Rogue

Light Steps: Same as Ninja

Improved Uncanny Dodge: Same as Ninja/Rogue

Mastered Art: Choose a Roge Talent/Ninja Trick or
a Master Talent/Master Trick, or Shadow Jump.

Mastered Art - Shadow Jump: Gain the ability to travel between shadows
as if by means of a dimension door spell. The limitation is that the
magical transport must begin and end in an area with at least some
dim light. A Kunoichi can jump up to a total of 40 feet each day in
this way; this may be a single jump of 40 feet or four jumps of 10
feet each. Every time this Mastered Art is taken the distance a
Kunoichi can jump each day increases (40ft. the first time, 80ft.
the second, and 120ft. the third.). This amount can be split among
many jumps, but each one, no matter how small, counts as a 10-foot
increment. Can only be Taken three times.


Spirit Stike: At 20th level, a Kunoichi becomes incredibly deadly
when dealing sneak attack damage. Each time the Kunoichi deals sneak
attack damage, she can choose one of the following two effects: the
target can be put to sleep for 1d4 hours, or paralyzed for 2d6 rounds.
Regardless of the effect chosen, the Kunoichi recovers five Ki, and the
target can attempt a Fortitude save to negate the additional effect.
The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 the Kunoichi's level + the
Kunoichi's Dexterity modifier. Once a creature has been the target of
a Spirit Strike, regardless of whether or not the save is successful,
that creature is immune to that Kunoichi's Spirit Strike for 24 hours.


I didn't change spirit strike's decription cause of the two feats I found.

ki leach and steal ki are on paizo
ki adept and ki training are:

Ki adept: You have trained and meditated trying to learn the ways of Ki Manipulation
Prerequisite: Wis 13 or Cha 13
Benefit: You gain 1 + Wis or Cha modifier Ki Points (whichever is higher).
Special: You gain an additional Ki Point for every level you accumulate.

Ki Training:Your extensive traning has gained you more ki than most.
Prerequisite: , Ki Adept, Con 15 or Wis 15
Benefit: You gain your Constitution or Wisdom mod (which ever is higher) as bonus ki points.
Special: Bonus points are gained each level in addition to the standard point per level gain from the Ki Adept feat.

Ki Adept & Training is having more Ki and not recovering/regaining used Ki.

Also Ki Steal & Leach is the same exact thing except one's a class ability and one is a spell. Also, they only regain 1 Ki point as long as you still have at least 1 Ki point remaining. I think it should be the same restriction. Also instead of just five how about a d6 but only if the creature fails their Fort save. Thoughts?

Edit: And of course should be the given that you can't exceed your max Ki pool limit
