Anyone running matches is also allowed to have a Running a Second Character:
In order to 'unlock' a second character you need to do the following.

• Have your first character at level 5
• Become an Arena DM

Then as a secondary stipulation

• You can fight in one match with your second gladiator for every match you DM.

Hey @Dechado, I used Chronal Shift on IM10 to reroll its attack. Would it still hit with a 9+modifiers?
