Lanalee Magravi
One of Risa Magravi's two daughters, she helps her older sister Besk and younger brother Vodger run her mother's tavern.

Larz Rovanky
Larz is the owner of Sandpoint's tannery. He is well known for his attention to detail and work ethic. Often, his orders are a bit behind schedule, but well made.

Lonjiku Kaijitsu
Lonjiku Kaijitsu is the leader of the Kaijitsu family in Sandpoint. He was married to Atsui Kaijitsu. Lonjiku is a short-tempered, misanthropic man who failed to establish good connections to his children Tsuto and Ameiko - especially the former, a half-elf, whose very existence was open proof of his wife's infidelity. His daughter, who was quite a successful adventurer and is now the owner of Sandpoint's Rusty Dragon is no source of pride for him either.

Maver Kesk
Almost all jewelery in the town of Sandpoint is crafted by Maver Kesk, who has served as the local jeweler for a number of years. Though his wife Pennae tries to keep him focused on security, even prompting him to hire several local toughs to guard the shop, he has a chronically absent mind and often leaves doors, windows, and even the safe unlocked from time to time.

Naffer Vosk
The caretaker of the Sandpoint Boneyard, Naffer Vosk, is a deformed smuggler with a twisted spine and lurching gait who was taken in by Ezakien Tobyn after his ship wrecked north of the town in 4697 AR. While tending the cemetery, Vosk found redemption from his roguish ways through the faith of Sarenrae and he is now on of the town's most pious citizens. In addition to keeping the grounds in pristine condition, Naffer also rings the cathedral's bell daily at dawn, noon, and dusk.

Nisk Tander
An alchemist by trade, Nisk is a good natured person who unfortunately has little skill. Sometimes his supplies don't work as intended, a fact that he's sensitive about, and he gets a little angry if people look too hard at his wares before buying.

Niska Mvashti
Niska Mvashti gives new meaning to the term "elder." Ancient even at Sandpoint's founding, Madame Mvashti is a Varisian historian and seer. Most of her readings are made with cards or carved bones, but in the Age of Lost Omens she shares the same sense of brooding and dread as many oracles, and rarely enjoys casting her predictions. She lives in a large manor house which was built for her as part of the peace accord between the Sandpoint Mercantile League and local Varisians when the town was founded. It was agreed that the manor would revert to the town's control upon Madame Mvashti's death, but even decades later she is still a vibrant part of the Varisian community. Even in her old age, she still enjoys walks in the forest with regional druids who come to town regularly to lead her on her outings.

Nualia Tobyn
Nualia Tobyn was a aasimar foundling, raised by Ezakien Tobyn, the head pastor for the Varisian town of Sandpoint. She, with her father, burned to death in the fire that destroyed the old chapel.

Olmur Danvakus
Head of the grocer's guild since his predecessor was murdered by Chopper.

Pennae Kesk
Wife of Maver Kesk. Pennae often publicly berates her husband for his carelessness in securing his shop.

Risa Magravi
Owner of the tavern Risa's Place. Risa has gone blind in her old age, and her tavern is primarily run by her three children.

Rynshinn Povalli
A pretty young half-elf woman, Rynshinn has operated her mother's clothing shop since Vernah was killed by Chopper. All her life, Rynshinn has received gifts from an unknown benefactor, who most believe to be a relative of her deceased elven father. Rynshinn has used these gifts to build up her business.

Sabyl Sorn
Sabyl Sorn is the caretaker of the House of Blue Stones in Sandpoint. A monk devoted to the faith of Irori, Sabyl has tended to the monastery since her father's death in 4700 AR. In her efforts to perfect herself, Sabyl can frequently be found studying her vast library.

Owner of Sandpoint's Armory. Savah sells a wide variety of weapons and armor.

Shalelu Andosana
Shalelu Andosana is an elven warrior who makes her home in the wilds of central and western Varisia. While not actually a resident of Sandpoint, she is a frequent visitor to the town.
