I would think that Uzumaki is also an option. You don’t need to focus on sealing techniques for it to be a really strong clan. They gain extra con for chakra and 2 extra chakra per level and the ability to regain chakra through their chakra reserves ability.

But their second boost is to Charisma. Most characters will find that useless. So if they want a 16 in their actual main stat, they need to sacrifice a bonus feat. That's painful.

Oh my goodness. I've been reading the Naruto rulebooks non-stop. There is just so much going on.

Clan: Uzumaki
Age: 10
Ambition: To become the head of the clan, and then to propelle the clan to be the best shinobi in the world. As a steppingstone becoming hokage wouldn't be a bad start.

Drive: His father was the strongest shinobi he knew and was still cut down by war, Asagi wants to make sure no one else of his clan is taken away and the best way to do that is to become the strongest.

Goals: Reach Chunin rank, survive the war

Fears: Not being able to live up to the ideal shinobi that he thinks his father was. Losing his mother.

Physical Description: Asagi is a well-muscled kid, standing a full six inches taller than others of his age. His black hair is kept short and spiked, and his dark grey eyes smolder with an inner rage. He wears darker colored cloths favoring purple and black colors. His hands are covered with callouses and small scars from training and household chores such as chopping wood which has also honed his body into an athletic muscular build.

Personality: Asagi is a strong kid, he hides the emotions he feels until he is alone and then often cries himself to sleep due to missing his father. In front of others he seems intimidating until you get to know him, among those he calls friend he is a dependable person who always keeps his word. To Asagi his word is the most important thing, if he fails to keep his word then he fails to be the man his father taught him to be and that’s not something he is willing to accept.

Roleplay Sample: The three boys knocked a smaller boy down and began taunting him. Tears welled up in the smaller boys eyes and he began to cry until he heard a voice that was familiar to him “Its ok, Gene. Ignore the loud mouths.” He looked up and saw the broad back of a much larger boy who was only a couple years older than him standing to face the three bullies “As for you three losers, leave Gene alone unless you have the guts to fight me.” Asagi balled his fist and smiled a wicked smile as he stared down the three bullies. Shaking slightly from fear the three boys knocked each other over trying to get away from the giant. When they were out of sight Asagi turned and helped Gene up “I mean it Gene, don’t listen to what they were saying. You’re a good kid and your brother was a hero who fought alongside my dad. If you grow up to be anything like him then you should be proud.” Gene threw his arms around Asagis large waist and sobbed quietly for a while before the boys parted ways.

Several hours later, after dinner while lying in bed trying to sleep the nightmares started and Asagi woke in a cold sweat and started crying into his pillow.

Significant NPCs:
Stelle Uzumaki- Asagi’s mother and one of the few that help Asagi hold on to his sanity and get through the deep depression he fell into when they were told his father had died. A sweet woman who thinks the world of her son.

Hati Volantis- a classmate of Asagi’s and his best friend. He knows the pain Asagi went through and the lengths he is willing to go to archive his goals. A hard-working boy that does not make friends easily but is tremendously smart.

Alright, with the RP sample, Kazumi's application is officially complete. I'll probably go back through to give the personality and NPC sections more depth for my own sake, but I'm otherwise ready to go.
