Basically I'll be trying for a good old Avengers team up.

Interesting. Ok, this is sort of fun. If I am reading the dragon's intimacy correctly, the intimacy is complete at this point; Farhad asked Victor to confirm the beauty of the hoard. However, there appears to be a choice here where Victor can agree and receive something useful ... or disagree and then Farhad has to take something from him. I think Victor would confirm the beauty, but I just want to make sure I understand things correctly in case ...
Edit: I am wondering if introducing a "reclusive contact" from the Power faction would be highly beneficial to the game? It seems to be the one faction that is a bit difficult to engage right now?

And yes, as far as I understand it, you get to decide what happens next with respect to the intimacy move.

I included a lot of the OOC stuff in the post as well, but spoilering here for reference as well.
As far as I am concerned, the interaction with Mr. Brown does not NEED to happen on screen. If timing dictates that it should happen on screen to give the other scene time to wrap up that is fine, but it seems to me at the moment that the Anne/Andre scene is closer to moving forward in bringing everyone back together than a full on screen interaction with Mr. Brown would allow. tl;dr whatever works for timing is just fine by me

Well if the visit to Mr. Brown is off screen, Farhad has nothing to add just added a few closing remarks to the scene.

I've been a little delayed, sorry. Here's a quick update of my plans:
1) I want to make a GM post in the current thread, which will close out the current scene. If all goes well, that will happen tomorrow. 2) I'll then boot up the next scene, where everybody is together and following Vasili into the Underground. That will probably take me another day; hopefully to go up on Saturday. 3) I reached out to Vis and Frog by PM, so hopefully we'll hear from them here in short order. At the very least I hope that we'll have a better understanding of their status in the game shortly.

New thread is up!
I think that the first task is to establish what the group's approach is, as they descend into the tunnels. So I'm leaving room for discussion in that vein. I'm also being a little vague in my post about who exactly shows up. I have not heard from Vis one way or another. I know that Frog has a busy weekend, so he'll get back to me/us later, but I'm still not sure if that means if Cole will be joining or not. Finally: we hit the one year aniversary of the game about a week ago! I know I fret (probably more than is strictly necessary) about sustainability, but we have gone strong and steady over 365 days, and that's not a mark that a lot of games on site achieve, so I wanted to thank y'all for being part of it, and for building this world and this story with me!

@Wyn - a year for a game is always a really nice mark. Thanks for noting the landmark and running this!
@Frog - that is ... a lot. It is sort of nice when the "a lot" is primarily in the good category though! Welcome back! @All - I think the new scene is waiting on me. I should be able to catch up and get a post together tomorrow.

Hey Elanir, when you get a chance could you please make me a roll? Basically an equivalent of a search or perception roll. You're trying to notice dangers before they are upon the group unawares. Let It Out seems like the most natural fit, but Keep Your Cool could also work, depending on Anne's approach and her goal.
It would help for me to know what her general plan is. If she finds a danger - a security force or guard dogs or a turret or a magical ward, or whatever there might be down here - what would her general MO be? Guide the group to a different path that avoids it? For her to deal with the danger alone first? Double back to the group at the first sign of danger? Fight, flight, parley, etc. Obviously the true answer is "it depends on what the danger is," but a general approach will help me to interpret the results of the roll and set you guys up for the next encounter.

@Wynamoinen: I think that in this case Anne will report back to Andre and the rest of the party as soon as she meets any kind of resistance, whether mundane or magical. She will, however, be using her ‘spirit-sight’ to scout ahead, so I made a Let it Out roll and barely managed a (weak) hit (7): Anne extends her supernatural senses and marks corruption.

Great, thanks!
I’ll give Vis a bit more space here to maybe get something up at the intro of the scene, but I’ll move us along tomorrow, Monday, under any condition.
