Yes. I wasn't prepared for the amount of work that actually goes into keeping 4 game threads up and running so my updates are probably going to be around 2x week until we get the group together.

I want to apologize to everyone. I tried running a game on here before and when it failed I blamed outside circumstances, I thought that when work, school, and my g/f situation settled down I'd be able to handle a game. I was mistaken, those have all settled down and still I've not been able to handle this game properly. So I'm going to close this game down and admit my failure.
I want to thank those of you who have stuck with me, you've been great. I'm just not ready for the challenge of pbp dming. If I ever try again I'm going to try something easier, a pre-published adventure but that is far far in the future, for now I'm going to go back to being a player and try and find a couple games. I would love to get any feed back you all would like to give, you're some of the most talented writers I've seen on this site, and I mean that sincerely. Thank you all again.

No worries ShadowcatX. Some people are wonderful players (such as yourself) but DMing does require a different style. To expect everyone to be skilled at both would be like expecting everyone who can play guitar to be a singer, or everyone who can drive a car to ride a motorbike. I am almost certain that I am quite a poor PBP DM (and a mediocre one IRL), but I think that none of my friends are daring enough to tell me it to my face.
On that note, you're always welcome to apply for any game I end up running

That is really too bad. This was looking quite interesting and I was hoping to see where it went. I do understand though.
I'm not even going to try DMing myself. I can already tell it's not something I'm well suited for, lacking both the patience and the dedication to manage. So I can hardly criticise you for getting overwhelmed. Here's hoping to play with you again sometime.
