 Take a horse only to run it into the ground with dangers and exertion?Sometimes a choice comes down to good or evil, and although Kaia couldn't really be considered Good, she's certainly not Evil. I will say, though, that I'm having some trouble getting into the spirit of her character.

I'm taking my belt back, Laksha isn't running a charity, she thinks the monks will be worthless to her in the trials ahead if they hoof it.

I hope not, it's a lot more simply then he makes it sound. one thing it's always the DMs turn when you get an AoO. Also if you ignore the rules that aren't in the player's handbook, or in the particular monster your dealing with, everything is peachy X.x at least for me.
