I did indeed say that. Though Jianlong already has a magic spice pouch. If you just want good cooking, then the party is covered. If you want epic cooking battles, then I'm all for multiple of you having it!

I think I'm still on track to boot up the game tomorrow (probably US evening). Luckily for me, my plan was to dump expositional responsibility onto y'all for the first few posts. If character sheets can be finalized by tomorrow, that's great. If it's not possible, it's no biggie. There shouldn't be any big mechanical moments in session zero. We'll definitely need mechanics set in stone by the end of that session.

If you've got a problem with starting tomorrow, speak now or forever hold your peace.

@Wyn, I'll try to go through and pick out some likely beast forms and get some basic stats ready-- though that will likely not happen tomorrow, just before the end of Session 0. I'll have to do minor tweaking of statblocks as written, as Parvati's class features / feats will boost their AC and movement a bit.

I've finally got some time to read through the other characters! I, uh, actually kind of actively avoided reading applications too closely during the app phase, to avoid seeing the competition and psyching myself out! I'm loving Yangchen and Jinlong so far.

Updates look good to me Strangemund. My intended pace is once every 4-5 days (and I'm honestly expecting that to settle into one per week once we've hit our groove), so you're under no pressure from my perspective to post ASAP once I get the game thread up!

rhaiber No major issues Shouldn't your spell attack bonus be +10, and your spell save DC 18? +6 CHA plus +4 proficiency. You don't seem to have added your Jack of All Trades bonus to your non-proficient skill checks. And Jack of All Trades applies to initiative, too! It's an ability (Dex) check where you can't be proficient. So that should be +3 Your Eldritch Blast to-hit bonus is listed as +6. It should be +10, yeah?
