This was DM Mentoring. Dungeon Master being A Dungeons and Dragons specific term, but used by various gamers for various games.

It was renamed GM/DM Mentoring somewhere along the way, for Game Master is a less system specific term.

Now it is Game Master (GM) Mentoring. Note that it can apply to DMs, Storytellers, Referees, and other titles for people running games.
