Alrighty, looks like all our interest posts have become complete or mostly-complete player applications. I'll deliberate over who to choose, and post invitations to the game on Thursday. If anyone else is still planning on applying to this game, feel free to do so until then.

It's not easy being green. Name: Stabby Stabby Kill Kill Gender: Male Race: Goblin Class: Ranger (Gloomstalker) Background: Criminal Physical Quirk: Limps from having both his legs broken Personality Quirk: Sees himself as a handsome, sexy catch Bond: Hatred and fear of old goblin tribe Fault: Sees compliments as the precursor to a beating Appearance: Even for a goblin, Stabby Stabby Kill Kill is scrawny and furtive looking. He has clearly suffered from malnutrition and various injuries as he is missing teeth, limps badly, and often holds one arm crooked and pressed against his ribs. Personality: What can I say, he's a goblin. "Goblins occupy an uneasy place in a dangerous world, and they react by lashing out at any creatures they believe they can bully. Cunning in battle and cruel in victory, goblins are fawning and servile in defeat." (http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/) Just because Stabby Stabby Kill Kill was a victim doesn't mean he would be any kinder to his enemies in victory. Backstory: Stabby Stabby Kill Kill is the child of a former lieutenant in the goblin tribe that attacked the village of Pendle. The former chief had been against the attack, but upon his death, the new chief ordered the attack. Stabby Stabby Kill Kill's father, Stabby Stabby, had loyally supported his chief and so was stabbed in the back, his body mutilated, and all his family and friends hunted down and slain. Nothing personal, just the way of the tribe. Stabby Stabby Kill Kill hid deep in the lowest recesses of the cave complex where the goblins laired. There, he learned to live in the dark, to sneak and hide and steal (well, I mean, these things were probably not unknown to him already, goblin you know). When the attack on Pendle came, he crept out of the cave complex into the relative light of the night sky lit by the burning town. There he picked up the trail of the survivers of Pendle and slowly, painstakingly, carefully followed them. He didn't really expect mercy but he knew he couldn't survive alone and he had once heard his father say, in a rare sober moment, that the enemy of my enemy may not kill me immediately (goblins aren't natural optimists). Now his former tribe has been recruited into the army of the Goblin Queen. "You need to find, get knowledge of goblins. You need a goblin. Stabby Stabby Kill Kill act as scout, spy, and kill for you. You get Goblin Queen, you pay Stabby Stabby Kill Kill. - The posting rate for this game is three times each week, roughly in between my own updates to the game. If you’re going to miss a post or something like that, let us know and don’t worry about it. It’s likely that I’ll do the same thing at some point. If you realize you can no longer keep up with this game, or that it’s no longer worth it for you to participate, let me know, and I will wish you a fond farewell and re-open this application for a new player.
- If you need any amount of help creating your character, or if you have any questions at all, let me know and I will do my best to help you.
- This game will end if/when you all finish the adventure, either turning in your bounty or losing her trail/your lives. If we enjoyed ourselves, we can talk about starting a new game, possibly even with the same players and even the same characters if you like. That could be a future discussion.
