She has a very nice little fly speed yes, and no, it wasn't on purpose that she would be faster than Monzoul, I actually had to look up the respective speeds.

Well, there is a little template which I applied to her which gives wings, she is hiding what she really is but I figure that she will escape so it shouldn't be entirely secret, she is a half-fiend giving her the wings and a range of immunities which have really helped her survive to this point. And yes, she did use magic for that.

Your troops are fighting now, I assume that you will be something like 50 ft behind them, unless you of course think otherwise.

Do the mechanics allow for one to rip limbs of a monster, and use those limbs as improvised weapons?

How do those mechanics differ between an alive monster, and one that's already been killed? I'd assume an alive one would start with a grapple?

An alive one would go through a grapple, and we would just fluff the damage that you do as tearing it to pieces. It would work as a club of the large size category, so D8 damage, crit range of 20 and a range increment of 10, because nothing says fun like throwing body parts to hurt others.

Can I use a whole one as a reach weapon? I'm picturing a shot-put style attack. I guess that could be seen as a fluff of Flurry of Blows?

A single goblin won't be tall enough to serve as a reach weapon I fear.

You don't see any archers, there are some orcs who happen to carry bows, but they have put them away in favour of their great hobby, trying to hit people.

What about humans? Any soldiers feel like serving for the cause, even in death?

A human might be long enough I think, but mind you, they break easily. And dead ones don't complain...
