Yes, he gets an AoO.

Unfortunately Quinn can't make it to the group yet, he is outside the camp, the orcs are still blocking the gate, to your north there is a dense bank of smoke, you can see that the camp also is under attack from there.

I think that I once again forgot to set out precisely what this battle looks like. BAsically, the goblins have placed five 10ft wide bridges made from planks, roughly side by side, the distance between them is ten feet. Five of the bests are charging over them so far, and it seems like there are a few more on the other side of the ditch.
