@JustDave No real reason other than RP, but can you give us a heads up whenever an NPC is something other than Human? I'm not sure how I'd RP Jaya's disposition, but I'd like the chance.

All NPCs are human unless otherwise noted.

Combat Mechanics:

During combat, only the initiative order of players vs. npcs matters. That is, the players can go out of order with regard to other players, but can't skip the order with regard to npcs. This should speed up combat. Also, any encounter the players do not know the abilities of their opponent. After the first round in order to save time and enhance RP, the AC, CMD's and any other defenses of the npcs will be revealed.
