Movement: ✦✦
A Fate stat block much like the site standard, with some tiny tweaks and including a Venture City power suite. Assumes Fate Condensed.
Name: Attaf Fate Points (Refresh): 3 (3)
High Concept: A vagrant who calls the public parks home Trouble: Lonely and paranoid Aspect 1: There were always voices, but now I talk back Aspect 2: 'Family' in the Central Heritage Park Aspect 3: Aching for a normal life
Skills:
Great (+4): {Will}
Good (+3): {Rapport},{Notice}
Fair (+2): {Stealth},{Empathy},{Athletics}
Average (+1): {Fight},{Burglary},{Investigate},{Deceive}
Stunts: Knows the back streets: Gain +2 to Stealth when seeking to move through the city or escape a zone using the urban environment in your favour.
Power Suite Description: Able to construct mental networks and hive minds with himself as the regulator, meaning he can subject swarms of animals and people to his power of suggestion. Drawback: Loses himself in other minds
Special Effects:Attack everyone in a zone.Area Attack, You add an aspect to the target, which you can invoke once for free.Inflict Condition
Power: Animal Control
Basic Animal Control: Choose one favored type of animal. You may communicate with favored animals of this type as if they were human NPCs, although their understanding of the world is limited. In addition, you gain a +2 bonus to Rapport when asking an animal of that type to do something for you.
Zoological Polyglot: You may speak to any animal as if it were a human NPC. However, your bonus to Rapport only applies to your favored type of animal.
Power: Influence
Basic Influence: You can use Rapport to attack, defended against with Will. If you succeed against a nameless NPC, you may give them a task, which they will then attempt to fulfill. Against a named NPC or a PC, they may follow your order or take mental stress from the attack, their choice.
Overwhelming Voice: If you would inflict mental stress on someone using your power, you may instead inflict a mild consequence, if your target does not already have one.
Familiar Presence: Your power makes you seem vaguely familiar to everyone. As a result, as long as you don’t interact with them directly, security guards and other official personnel will assume that you have the right to be wherever you are, and won’t demand ID. If you draw attention to yourself, or are forced to speak to personnel—for instance, because they are guarding a door you are trying to go through—the effect will wear off.
Collateral Damage Effect: You can attempt to control someone else’s body entirely. They can still take actions in a conflict as normal, but on your turn you may either take an action yourself or have your target take an action. You cannot make someone attack themself or cause themself purposeful harm—for instance, by leaping off a rooftop when they can’t fly—but you can have them target their allies and move into disadvantageous positions. Collateral damage tends to stem from the imperfect control you have over their body, or the psychological damage you cause to the both of you.

I use this for 5e. It gives the DM info like HP, AC, and my basic saves, but also has a hidden link to my character sheet incase I need to look up something like a skill modifier without having to list every applicable skill.

...Unable to blink away, he tumbled at the last moment - And he kept jumping and rolling while the world scrolled around, too fast to figure out what happened exactly. There were these... giant feet and sky clouding flies that kept passing by him, and everything so large he could hardly find a hideout... He did eventually - but only had a few moments to listen to his little heart's beat before a huge beak grabbed him and took to the air. Several strong flaps and the magpie (that's what it was) reached its nest, tucked among a tree's branches. It was the first time Lumio felt sick of heights - and realized his powers had greatly waned. The little star was to spend many weeks there, a prisoner among a number of other small shiny things the bird gathered and... There were eggs too, waiting to hatch - A not so comfortable thought. It took quite a lot to heal... and then he saw he had only recovered a tiny fraction of his past vibrancy. His heart nudging constantly towards Jumiette, he tried his best to focus on understanding his plight. He had to get out - but then what? He had to hide... He would not stand a chance against that land's inhabitants. And then... He'd have to find someone he can talk to - someone his size, to ask for directions... But often thoughts of his lost twin overwhelmed him, and then Lumio tried hard - forced himself - to bring back the old spark. It was during such times that he noticed how his energy was... adapting, somehow, to this new world he was in. Sometimes it took the shape of a sign he could not understand... Like when he finally figured out he was hungry - and that was a sort of meteor he was shown! (Mushroom bit really.) And other times it took more firm shape - if only for a short while... It first happened when the eggs cracked, and he just had to jump out of the nest! Then a long ray flickered out of his body suddenly, and he grabbed it - with no time to think why, later to realize it had anchored itself above, somewhere... It was gone in moments, but lasted enough for him to land safely on a lower branch. And when those ended, he took to navigating the barks' cracks down the trunk. Then his energy tended to grow firm around his ray ends - or failed, and he slipped and fell until he could grab again. As much as he could, he hid in the barks' shadows - and when he grew too tired, he took a nap in one of those hollow places. Many days the descent lasted - his light dimmed to just shining around his heart and the treasure there. And many nights passed - of gazing far into the depths of heavens, before sleep came, thinking, wishing of home...
- One Unique ThingOUT: Difficult access to magic for a star. Had to adapt his nature to living in The Mushroom Kingdom. Seeks to rescue Jumiette from King-Koopa. Hopes to recover his lost powers.

Reason: added Temporary HP, and Ongoing Damage
Hi, new here and working my way though Tower of the Mage with Admin Dirk. Great fun. I have been exploring the tables/stat block creations. I thought this one might be worth posting as it's a little different... The idea was to create one that presented compact, but had a lot of information and was also easy to read the bb markup so you can find numbers to change.
Cheers!
Oh of course! Putting tables within tool tips. Smort, smort.
This is the first stat block I've made so far. Took a bit of finesse-ing to get it close to what I imagined it should look. Any advice would be helpful, like I used the "{colsp}" function but I'm not entirely sure what it does except that it worked in the place I kept it but didn't work in other places I'd hoped it would.

We currently don't have a working Cypher System sheet on the site (yet). In its place I've whipped up this coding that can work as a statblock/character sheet.
Name and Sentence: Retry the Kind Explorer who Doesn't Do Much
Special Abilities: Your initiative task is eased. You pay the cost each time the ability is used. Enabler.Danger Sense (1 speed),When you apply Effort to a navigation task because you don't know the way, are lost, are attempting to blaze a new route, need to choose between two or more otherwise similar paths to take, or something very similar, you can apply a free level of Effort. Enabler.Find the Way, If you spend one minute examining a piece of writing or code in a language you do not understand, you can make an Intellect roll of difficulty 3 (or higher, based on the complexity of the language or code) to get the gist of the message. Action to initiate.Decipher(1 intellect), When you use an action to make your first recovery roll of the day, you immediately gain another action. Enabler.Surging Confidence(1 might)
I was told to post my Pokémon Tabletop United (PTU) template here by @Homestarbaby. Please note that this template was made specifically for our game, which is an adventure school-themed Pokemon game, so the last table box is customized to that concept, but it could be modified to suit something else. The code is pretty big and I recommend only using it if you're comfortable with this level of complexity.
Note, also, that this template can be very particular, so I've set up some Usage Notes so you can avoid some of the major pitfalls. If you have any trouble with it, you can PM me and I'll try to help, but the biggest thing is you should ALWAYS make sure you post and edit posts using this template in the Advanced edit mode. Don't use Quick Edit.
If you want to see the template in action, I'm presently using it in our Pokemon Dragonrealm game. I have a few other templates I'm working on as well, including a template for 5e in the works and a functioning template for posting game ads as well.

Here's another, older template that I used for a past Mask game. I don't really have a 'blank' version of this one yet, but when/if I do, I'll come back and edit this post. Chances are I will probably just come up with a newer, improved version before that happens, though.

A character sheet for the Lancer RPG, using only the Free Version release. I tried it make it look mostly like the character sheet in the back of the book. Working on a Mech sheet as well, which I'll post here when its done.
Updated 6/13/23: I forgot to include an extra lines in the Talents table for the three initial talents you get at LL0, so rather than add 3 new lines and thus make it look uneven, I just added one and added a little signature tag line to the Licenses table. I figure that way, if people have trouble with the sheet, they know who to PM.
As promised, here's a basic Mech sheet for the Free Version of the Lancer system. I can't get the highlight function for tables to work (I think it has to be the whole row, which is annoying), so I just offered up some symbols and figured people could change the color indicators.
- two blocks are presented (instead of just one) because in a Pokemon game the player controls both a Trainer character and several Pokemon characters at the same time;
- the blocks are meant to accompany posts from game threads;
- each block contains a link to a common "Characters" thread (as it is usually found in game folders);
- the entries from those "Characters" threads would mention the Development History (Starting and Level Up choices) and can include a backstory and journal, as well as details of Features, Abilities, Moves, Capabilities, and Edges;
- the blocks are partially inspired/ motivated by the interface choice from this game;
- the reference shows one of the most practical and elegant approaches for Pokemon games on this site ♡;
- one downside there is grouping too much information within a tooltip; its sister downside is the considerable size of the tooltips, which might require in-browser resizing and scrolling;
- to improve the situation, i divided the information into smaller sub-categories, in one-column tooltips of limited height;
- these allow the eye and the mind to focus more easily on the information of interest;
- the format of my blocks does not allow insertion of explanations as tooltip content (like what a Move does and similar), but that keeps the blocks at a management level;
- with that in mind, i also do not encourage including explanations (directly) in the blocks;
- the original terminology was used, though in my own game i would change some of the keywords (like for a few of the stats...);
- some easily identifiable terms were occasionally shortened, in order to match the general length of words in the respective column;
- Special (in group "a") refers to special abilities (not "Abilities") or properties - like being able to fly, or read minds;
- the yard was adopted for length and speed - as length per second;
- values can be in the form: x (y) + z;
- z refers to short duration bonuses or penalties (like Temporary Hit Points);
- y refers to the maximum value possible (like Maximum Hit Points);
- obviously, when x = y, there is no need for "(y)" in the formula; or when z = 0, again, there is no need for "+ z" in the value's field;
- the blocks can be improved by using bold font for values;
- here, lower-case letters (i.e. "a", "b" etc.) are used to help identify the information by meaning -- but in a real game they could be replaced with picture fragments or meaningful symbols;
- in the block for the Trainer:
- Edges and Features are found in two separate groups each;
- groups "d" and "e" are for Edges and Features applicable or which influence matters outside of combat, while groups "f" and "g" only cover combat; most Stats are also found in the combat half, under "i";
- for Class Features, it would be useful to mention the Class they belong to (between parentheses, after the Feature's name);
- the "e" and "g" groups also include Abilities, and the "h" group also includes Struggle Attack detail and Combat Maneuvers bonuses;
- in the block for the Pokemon:
- "Where" specifies if the Pokemon is with the Trainer or in storage; in the first case, it can also mention if the Pokemon is inside its ball or outside, with the Trainer;
- "Influences" combine Afflictions and positive conditions, the latter being about the same things as "Special" in the Trainer block; effects of Vitamins would also go here;
- a few more than the usual six Skills given in the Pokedex were included; their default Rank would be Untrained;
- the Moves that can be currently used are found in "b", while all the Moves learned by the Pokemon are in "d";
- it would be useful to specify which List a Move is from (between parentheses, after its name);
- blocks for more Pokemon can be placed after the first one;
- by reducing "d" (the group for learned Moves) in the early part of the game, descriptions for three Pokemon can be conveniently placed in one block - instead of just two:
Pokemon A, Pokemon B, Pokemon C
