I am Glow!!!

Former juvenile delinquent and powerful telekinetic adept Gloria Dinallo, aka "Glow", joined Dr. Billy Hayes' Misfits of Science at the age of 17 to help stop the evil US Government from building a new nuclear super-laser. The extremely campy show ran for one partial season from 1985 to 1986 on NBC. Gloria was the first star turn for Courtney Cox. The other permanent members of the team included Dr. Hayes (a non-super fast-talking lady-charming planner), Dr "El" Lincoln (could shrink to a few inches tall for 15 minutes once per hour) played by the 7'2" Kevin Peter Hall (the monster from the Predator movies), and Johnny B (runs real fast and fires lightning from his fists), a former rock star who got electrified during a concert and sings Chuck Berry to psyche himself up during a fight. The show also featured Gloria's social worker (a love interest of Dr. Hayes and occasional kidnappee) and the dad from Alf as the hand-wringing business manager of the Misfits' lab, who never received his reports on time. When not throwing bad guys with her mind, Gloria works at a burger joint to try and be a normal teen.
