I'm going to update, but I'm busy at the moment due to a surprise 2k bonus that will allow my wife and I to move ahead of schedule into a better place. Also, we have a minor issue to fix on her car, so great day!

sorry folks, just got back from a 2 day camping training session on how to become a scout leader...I'm all but "paperwork" away from becoming an official scouts canada cubscout leader...
