If all else fails, Kon's gremlin would know Goblin and Common, and could interpret(or choose to misinterpret, for the giggles).

What about Kateryn, then? Does she understand them, or has she just been chilling with the natives?

She's intelligent, she can know goblin! It's retroactive, because time is made to be shenaniganed.

I had a spare language slot, actually I had two of them since I apparently never got them. As such I am going to slip in Goblin and... Dragon. Just because.

Since the 'kill them' order has likely expired by now, Kalis is going to be quite friendly!

Muggins, just a note that you get +12 to your acrobatics on any Acrobatics check made to jump due to your speed.
This means that you can make a standing jump on to a piece of string hung in a spot 20ft away and your own height high during an earthquake without bothering to roll the dice.

![]() Should we wait for our other Gremlinfriends before proceeding onwards, Moridain? Alternatively, maybe we should build up a respectable rapport of threats and violence before they get here. Last edited by Muggins; May 4th, 2014 at 02:02 AM. |

May as well stay here and RP for now, no real rush. That gives Frag more freedom to plot the new characters in how he likes without us muddling with it.
You will note I haven't mentioned any others who could be joining us, in case someone else decides they want to be a Gremlin or had arrived the previous day or something. And yeah, that jump... Also, since I am unsure if there is still a 'jump height cap' in this game, I think you can take 10 and jump 14ft in the air.

Sorry for the lateness of getting my gremfriend up. Fraggle's helped me make one of his Deckmasters, we will have to make many bad Yu-Gi-Oh jokes. But besides finally getting the properness of the character post in the order there's a spare 8,900 gold to spare. Suggestions to remedy that? And extra language, have to pick something even if it's "Understanding peanut butter in the mouth"?

Allow me to make the obvious fixing point: there's 89,000 gold left Kon. You have all the moneys.
Also, I think the rule for buying items in the Wrong Slot is 1.5x cost? That's what it was in dnd3.5, though I don't see it on the pathfinder SRD. Anyway, use that with a Cloak of Resistance +5 to get something like Bracers of Resistance +5, to fix your will save. 36k * 1.5 = 48,000, leaving you with 41,000 to buy wands and toys. And I recalled that +INT items give you skill points in Pathfinder if you have them equipped for 24 hours. So you have +45 Skill Points to throw about. Become a master chef!

Hmm... Detect Evil. This could complicate things.
You guys pick his alignment: He genuinely likes people, especially children and the underdog. He helps where he can, to the extend that a lot of his former cash used to go to orphanages and helping out the needy. However he is brutally competitive, wanting to face anyone who appears to be a challenge to him in deadly combat. As you have seen his combat style is brutal and he pulls no punches. This extended to him actually working within a monstrous dungeon in the past, entirely to face and kill those who tried to break in. Not because he liked the goal of the dungeon but just cos it was an all you can fightfest! He is also seriously pragmatic about how he fights when he has a goal in mind, unapologetically using any edge he can find and never dwelling on it later. If I had to squeeze him into an alignment I would have to go with TN perhaps leaning Chaotic and Evil. But I leave that up to you guys. Does Detect Evil ping?

Detect Evil? Gosh, I guess that means I have to pick an alignment!
True Neutral sounds good, though I'm not too sure whether slaughtering your last party would've altered that at all. |

He didn't slaughter his last party, he decided that he needed to protect his new Best Friends. And though it was sad, they wanted to hurt his New Friends and so had to die.
I mean he even said goodbye right?
