Role: Smuggler / Pilot (Nomad Class) Ethnicity: Caucasian Personality: Smooth talking and thinks his tongue is more useful in a fight than his weapons, yet when required he will resort to shooting his way out of a situation. Likeable and dislikeable in equal measure, Max thinks he has all the right dialogue which can often rub people up the wrong way and get himself in trouble. A bit of a joker in times of stress as this is his coping mechanism and has a kind of blaze/easy going attitude to most things thrown at him. Max can often be found in shady bars thrashing out terrible deals to try and earn an easy buck. Although quite skilled, he is also rather lazy when making "honest" work. However, his one weakness is his family - mention them and his whole personality may crumble into a pit of anger or despair. Appearance: In all honesty, Max doesn't have time to groom, so although quite handsome and lean, often looks shabby and lacks the "chic" that many others pride themselves on. His brown hair hands loose and unkempt, but he does remain clean shaven. Standing at a formidable 6'2", it is quite difficult for Max to "blend in" anywhere, which is a detriment to his profession. Often sporting a white shirt, as he appreciates simple things in life, and his fathers' old pilots jacket. Heavy boots and black or brown cargo-trousers are not uncommon. Backstory: Rumour has it that the Sussex coast in England was once a lush and vibrant greenscape, from low lying coastlines to the west to the haughty white cliffs to the east, a true mixture of chalk and sandstone separated by alluvial lowlands. That's what the digital archives said anyway. And there was where Maximillion Fords ancestry hailed from, until the war destroyed it all. That was a fair few generations ago, but the world had been restructured quite differently to how it was back then, and the articles remain a dreamy vision of what a world with natural life was like. Nowadays, worlds are terraformed, tech is key and it is all big business for the Mega Corporations, the real governors of every city, planet, station... Maximillion hated them, he was taught to hate them by his father and his grandfather, his immediate family who had all been shafted by the damned corps. His mother even ran off with a Militech CEO, leaving Max and his two sisters behind to be raised by his hard working father and Grandparents. His dad, once an industrial cargo-trucker, had taught Max to fly, until his pilots license was revoked for "indiscrepancies" at work. The truth was, he had become too qualified and was becoming far too expensive to employ, so the Corp, only interested in money (and politics) fabricated their reasons to fire him. Max's dad found solace in the bottle, which was tolerable at first, but after his Grandparents died, income became nil and it was all too much for his poor dad. Max had to take charge and raise his sisters as best he could, but the hatred for Corps grew exponentially. When they were old enough to fend for themselves, Max found himself hellbent on undermining Corporations across the galaxy, smuggling contraband, rebels, even criminals, all in order to bring the damned corps down. But what could one guy do, huh? He found himself operating out in the outer rim having commandeered a ship, lost it, got it back and then lost it again. Permanently. Little in his pocket and with no vessel to help with his venture, Maximillion finds himself on the lookout for a crew, a ship and some bloody work!

This is a placeholder, because I’m going to try to get my application in tonight. Looks like a good variety though.

Take everyone who's applying. We could use 2 pilots. That way one can sleep and we can still be on the move~ ^~^

Yeah five-six seems like a sweet spot, since it gives a flexibility to react when people drop off.

I've just noticed my AI generated image has five fingers on his right hand! Never trust a Five Fingered man!
I hope Inigo Montoya doesn't come after him...

cut the picture in a way that you won't see all the finger, either crop off the bottom part, or left one :P
