Sure... the order is wrong but lets go with what you have.
If you are already in the career... Gain a skill roll in your career focus area, then ... roll for survival, ... if you survive... Roll for advancement... if successful you get a rank benefit and another skill table roll.

If you have a little time (you can get sucked into this fast), play with this simple MgT2 generator... just watching the prompts will help you visualize the whole thing quickly.
BE WARNED... this little CC mini game can get quite addictive!

Okay, I added the connection to Vex in the Term 2 event and rolled through Term 3 continuing as Scholar. Got an interesting event this time so I'm going to see what A7ice has at Term 3 in case I might be able to incorporate them into the weird, body-snatching science cult he apparently worked for. I believe it is correct and ready to be checkpointed.

Quick question about this event I got for the Scout Career
When dealing with an alien species , you have an opportunity to gather extra intelligence about them. Roll either Electronics 8+ or Deception 8+. If you succeed, gain an Ally in the Imperium and DM+2 to your next advancement roll. If you fail, roll on the Mishap table but you are not ejected from this career. Do I include any characteristic bonus to this or is it flat Electronics with no specialty? |
