I have too many things in my mind right now, I'll need a few days to manage stuff and then I'll be able, hopefully, to post. I'm not saying I'm in a bad place actually, but certainly it's not an ideal one. Please bear with me, it'll probably just a few days.

a wisdom tooth (do you guys say "judgement tooth" too?) decided to pop up 30 years late and inflamed my trigeminal nerve - half my face is like a basketball -- Ok let's not exaggerate here, it only feels like a basketball, the size is only about a soccer ball. Which would be "football, just in the rest of the world" for you guys in the US. What were we talking about again?

Hi, all!

It looks like our game is definitively on ice. I am going to pull out of committing to the game so that I don’t have it taking up a block in my game scheduling. I did love what we were doing and would be excited to start it again, but I will need to work it into a new schedule when/if that ever happens. Best wishes to both of you!

We did agree the game was on hiatus via PM, though it's entirely possible I missed hitting "reply all" on one of the messages. (I loathe "reply all" and regularly grunt and groan when I get fifty "reply all" one-liner responses to an email that aren't for me, just the original sender. Anyway.)

I am working my way back online, but I am starting with moderator things, as that is most needed. My sig will probably have the most up-to-date status for me, but I will attempt to keep you both updated if there comes a time where I can pick this back up. (There should be, it's a premade adventure for the most part.)

Hi Aethera, don't worry, take your time. I guess banana was only being ultra-precise in the last post to avoid any (albeit unlikely) misunderstanding.

I'm totally swamped myself and unable to play, and I will be at least until April, so... there's no need to hurry!

Honestly I don't think we'd done much at all yet. Icon Relationships at the beginning were discussed, but besides rolling those dice (which you haven't had a chance to use yet), I don't think we had gotten to dice-rolling. Maybe one skill check, just to introduce the mechanics?

...and y'know, it might be best if I move any further conversation to the OOC thread, since we'd be including bananabadger that way.

Indeed! It would appear I owe Shmiezel a response from the innkeeper, Gaspard, so I will endeavor to produce it at some point between now and the Amazing RPG Race.

I certainly do not expect anything of anyone until after said adventure. (Translation: I'm taking part too, and won't be reliably posting outside of it for a week or so.)

As a minor note, some of the setting information has been shifted out of this sub-forum, though the links heretofore should remain accurate since I usually link to individual posts or anchors within them. (Post numbers don't change when moving posts around, only which thread they are found in.) I have separated the Saint Abbans information from the wider Midderlands data, as I am working my way up to running a few solo games in Great Lunden that might crisscross now and again. I have a beta-tester already, but the additional interested parties are awaiting my availability, which as you know, can be unpredictable... Regardless, my point is that we now occupy but a portion of the Midderlands adventuring that I hope will happen in due time. (In theory I could even run this adventure again for others, but that may depend on whether Shmiez and Fa-ta want to venture forth and join in the shared world, which you are absolutely welcome to do once it is open to all.)
