How to we split treasures?

I'm proposing the following method to share treasures that had been successful in my other games.

One or more character can claim each item found. If more than one character request the same item, and it can't be resolved swiftly between the players in OOC. If it can't be resolved each player involved in the claim will roll a 1d100, the highest result gets the item.

All items not claimed by anybody will be sold at the next occasion and gold will be split equally.

If a character decides to sell later a claimed item, the gold needs to be divided equally between all the characters. This prevents some people to just claim an expensive item that could have been useful to someone else and sold it later without sharing the gold.

A character who secretly finds or steal an item can choose to don't share it with the party and hide it from them. I will use a secret block in the treasure inventory if it's the case.

The party can choose an alternate way of splitting treasures as long everybody agree.
