Interesting is good. I was going to see if there was a snake shapeshifter to try to help out, but apparently the last time they published anything like that was in one of the first edition books, before they came up with the Naga concept. I guess the company decided not to keep the snakeshifter around in favor of pushing the Naga as their dedicated snake thing.

Sasquatches probably make for better runners than Naga. A B&E sasquatch is an interesting take though. Not sure I've ever heard of anyone trying that.

Improved Invisibility isn't always a perfect solution. Many corps will employ spirits which can potentially see through your invisibility, but it's certainly a good place to start. I don't have any particular issues with Sasquatches, and they can apply for SINs anywhere which helps.

The first is that they are as big as trolls, and even more uncommon (and therefore recognizable), which can sometimes be an issue depending on circumstances. The second is that they are incapable of speech of any kind. I don't know if they've ever gone into why precisely, (I would assume it's a magic thing) but it's a big racial trait for them. They can still read/write and understand sign, just not any sound-based language. The good news is we're using 5e rules and VPNs will be a thing, so it might not be such a problem, but it's worth noting.

They never say exactly why beyond a terribly tropy, "It's a foreign concept." I personally disagree with it due to their fully human sentient minds and vocal cords, but in here I am following the normal rules for it.

As for their size, I was just gonna use troll costs for equipment.

Well, considering they are an awakened species, it could very well be a magic thing. Although one theory I read was that their appreciation for subtle nuances in sound makes it impossible for them to recognize that the words one person is saying and the words another is saying are the same. Basically, their recognition is just TOO good. Troll cost for armor, lifestyles, etc is fine and probably what I would have suggested. All sounds good so far.

That, and 5e made shapeshifters really expensive. Gotta spend karma on the metahuman form and animal form separately outside of chargen
