I was curious about the multiclassing thing too. I know if I want to pick up new classes in the game I'll have to find a trainer or have 8 levels of a related class, but is it alright starting off as a multiclass character?

S.A. works as long as the opponents are flat footed, that is RAW i believe.

Multi-classing I do not anticipate being that hard. I just dislike the idea of "look now I'm a paladin/wizard/ whatever!" I like there to be some justification; if sneaking a peak at a companions spellbook is all it took to be a wizard, why is the fluff all about how hard they had to study? Why isn't everybody a PC class? It just helps me to say there is a reason for about half the fluff about the classes that is already there.

@Dieuoffire: I have a concept of a paladin who defeated a demon only to be cursed to slowly become one herself. Her motivation in adventuring would be to find a cure before succumbing. Would you allow me to start as a human with two levels of paladin and one level of Succubus advancement as described by Savage Species?

Orichulum: yes, but there are 12 levels for that so take the powers of levels 1 and 2 even though you only get 1 HD, saves etc. But the Curse will continue. make sure you give a background explaining how such a powerful demon was defeated by a Low level paladin. I may use the demon again if that is alright (I will stat them, Can't have you know too much)

Special note: Spring is the caretaker of the Halflings. The goddess of the Halflings has been missing for some time but spring assures others that she is not dead. She asked him to take care of her people for a while. He is sure she will be back any time now, probably when you aren’t looking with an answer nobody knew they needed. The Summer Rose is always there just in time to brighten your day.
NE – Nereth, The Blood Crowned Mourner, God of Death and Undead
Dogma: It is not about anything but yourself, Don’t lie to yourself. You want your loved ones to be happy because that makes you happy. You want to be a hero because you want people to Love you. The endless and eternal truth is that everyone, even those stupid angels are self serving and liars who, for all of their lies. Just want their side to win and for them to be the hero.

Special Note: Loryn is a Human and always has been. He cannot understand why people have trouble understanding that Silphid is his younger brother. Silphid being his younger brother also makes Loryn side with the forces of good rather often even though he really doesn’t care for it.
CN – Hawk, the Destroyer
Choose a side be their hero, they will treat you well. How to be a hero? Find and Enemy, destroy them, it is not complicated. The only real thing that matters at the end is who you managed to best and for how long. Nobody remembers the tales of peaceful times, nobody cares. Beat a plague, a tyrant, a great wizard, a high priest, a giant, a devil, and an angel? You will be remembered forever.

Based on how you use CR instead of Level Adjustment to determine the ECL of monster characters, a succubus is CR 7, 6 racial HD and LA +6. So Orichulum would only have 7 monster levels to take, correct?

Basically, by using CR instead you are ignoring LA as it is used in 3.5 for monster PCs. Correct?

@Dieuoffire: My plan is that she was a Squire/Shield Maiden to a more experienced paladin - who died defeating the demon. However, rather than just dying, the demon channeled itself into the character's soul. I'm still working over the details in my head.

We can start out multiclassed ok, but any other multiclassed requires all that training if I understand correctly?

I'm having similar trouble looking for a dwarf with a tattoo of a snake below his left eye. No troubles with the site rules but... there's not a lot of dwarves with the proper tattoo out there.

To be fair, there are probably more illustrations of succubi than dwarves in general.

btccg: correct. the savage progression would be sorted into 7 levels. standard ECL is too weak, especially when using bonuses for weaker classes.

Orichulum: I get it succubus pics are, well ya. concept sounds fun, in fact it fits in with a few behind the scenes things with the campaign too. If you want I can flesh out the villain mechanics. if might make it more fun if you character does not really understand what is going on. They understand the curse but the how and why are not so easily understood.

Clawsome: Insight domain is in DLCS (Dragonlance). you can also use heroforge if you want a quick build excel sheet. it works pretty well and has most stuff already put in so it is just point and click.
if you want a prestige class then yes some type of trainer (or training material) would be needed. However as this is a sandbox game my advise would be: Go Get It!

Crimson: I tried, and I can get a dwarf to have the image in the Right place but it is so small it becomes pixelated and just looks like a black dot on his cheek. Sorry
