Spot and Listen become one skill (you can decide which you want to use); so do move silently and hide, again choose which one you want to use. Instead of two rolls to sneak around and two rolls to find someone you only need one.

Smeowlin, I believe the RAW indicate that the CR is based on the racial HD the creature has when the template is applied, and this does not increase (not does the creature gain the additional special abilities based on HD higher than it has when the template is applied) if the creature gains additional HD, either via RHD or class levels.

E.g. Fiendish template indicates the following:
Hit Dice Cold, Fire Resistance Damage Reduction CR
1-3 5 - +0
4-7 10 5/+1 +1

If applied to a 2HD creature, the creature gains C/F Resistance 5 and no DR. When the creature increases to HD 3, nothing changes. When the creature increases to HD 4, again, nothing changes and the CR does not increase. If the

I've done both at the same time. We had Muleficent the third (I think) when the game ended.

btccg: no only some templates are based on Racial HD. others are based on total HD. for example Halfdragon Breath weapon specifies racial HD, whereas half-ceslestial specifies Creature HD for its abilities (a creatures HD is its total from race and classes.)

As spell warped just says 'HD' it is based on the total HD not racial.

More Custom Feats/Items/Unusual Spells and so on:

Alacritous Cogitation feat (Complete Mage, page 137): Allows Ilod to spontaneously cast exactly 1 spell from his spellbook at the cost of one feat, one prepared spell slot, and extra casting time.

Udir Esrel, "the Black Queen": Udir Esrel is a +1 heavy crossbow made of darkwood. Ilod's father, Dolce Dolbin, presented the crossbow as a gift to his son after learning that Ilod would be leaving home to search for a way to break the witch's curse. The crossbow is a relic of Dolce's mercenary days, when the old dwarf took the weapon from a Bloodcrown officer in trade for sparing the hobgoblin's life.

Named "the Black Queen" by Dolce (or "Udir Esrel" in the dwarven tongue) for the sole decoration of a single crown on the forward grip of the crossbow, the weapon is a product of magnificent craftsmanship. It was assembled by a sashimono master without the use of nails, screws, or adhesives. The already dark-colored wood of the piece has been lacquered with an ebony finish, so glossy that one can see their reflection in the stock.

Oh I totally forgot about traits, thanks! I went with Absent-Minded and Distant because I think it fits her personality and works mechanically of course. I like the idea of Quick and would consider taking it if I went with a different route to Swiftblade, but I'm already trying to melee with a d4 Hit Die

For her homeland I was considering Bador en-Cânë for the obvious elf reasons, but I wasn't sure which place would make the most sense for a crazed wizard to keep their tower.

@smeowlin: Could have found Caelynn's corner of the Poison Woods when you escaped if you started there. Not that it's necessary for us to know each other from the beginning or anything. But it would be nice to have company (and someone who Caelynn wasn't awkward around) while delivering the medicine/poison.

@Dieuoffire: I included the shipment of medicine/poison on my sheet. Didn't know how much it would weigh, but it's there.

Since you are using CR for monster PCs, which screws up anthropomorphic animals (keeps same CR as base creature, but loses HD and size), can I use the PF Manimal template instead to achieve the same effect?
