He is indeed tethered to the cart. And thankfully that also makes him 2/3's his speed.

Alright, so we're going to try something a little different to see how it goes with encounter this time. I'm going to try out the "block" system.

So once we have our initiatives figured out, I'll be separating everything into groups or "blocks" of initiative. That way everyone can do whatever their actions are within that block, and we won't have to wait too long for responses.

Also, the main group characters, feel free to position yourself where you think you'd be. Based on your descriptions I tried to place them accordingly. Moonbrook and Haaliryl stay where they are though.
