No secrets here: I'm already of two minds about this one.

Part of me would like to see less "silly" ingredients. They can lead to a very jarring tone to an entry, particularly when it's something really anachronistic.

On the other hand, isn't that part of the whole "challenge" thing? And aren't I just an old curmudgeon who hates fun? Hopefully not the latter, although I don't doubt that my kids would argue otherwise....

But it's really the only thing that comes to mind regarding last year's competition.

I'm in full agreement on this one. I can take the competition more seriously if it takes its self more serious.
