These are all good vids that I used.

Then for the map colour style I just looked up antique map backgrounds and used an image editor to overlay it over my scanned map with added transparency.

I'm working on something for Liam. Trying to keep him humble and not seek a leadership role but still give advice.

Should we get a basic weight rundown so we know how to best split this up?

With his gear, Liam is 307 pounds (that dang explorer's pack).

Kraghbar's weight total with gear would come up to 453 lbs., a good chunk coming from his just being a girthy orc.

I figured that since he would add quite a bit to the weight totals, it was better he go on the raft. If there's any big picture stuff I'm missing though, Kraghbar and I are ready and willing to hear it.

As per DM post, there are 336 pounds of extra supplies on the Docks. I went through the posts to look at Character sheets where available and added Character weight plus total gear to get the new total. Cadmum listed his weight as "Average" which google said was 198lbs, while Leonora, and Jane, did not make their sheets public. So I just used place holders...

Jane specifically said she wanted to be on the Raft with Harper, and Harper is the only Character that is proficient with Water Vehicles to pilot it... So this is the most equitable solution I've come up with without breaking down the supplies further

Swapping Kragbhar and Liam and splitting the Supplies between the two boats means I can actually balance the load perfectly (based on my placeholders for Jane and Leonora) lol

I didn't not make Leonora's character sheet public, so much as I just didn't actually make one! At least not with the online tool, I just use the quick stat block at the bottom of my post, which pretty much has everything. Except weight!

I described her appearance as pretty short, slender and girlish, so I'm guessing she stands about 5' tall (lower limit for half-elves). The BMI calculators tell me 100lbs is on the lower side of healthy for a woman of that height, so'll go with that.

Then her equipment weight;
* Explorer's pack: 59 lbs
* Holy symbol: 1 lbs
* Fine clothes: 6 lbs
* Rapier: 2 lbs
* Shortbow: 2 lbs
* Quiver and arrows: 1+1= 2 lbs
* Leather armor: 10
* Shield: 6

So that would be a total of 188 lbs !

Looks like Cadmun's the best suited for the Nature roll... I'm wondering though, if Leonora might be able to study how Brogg sails and maintains the lily pad? Would be fun if she could eventually learn to make her own .

I rolled a 21 for a nature check for Jane and posted in the game thread. I didn't mean to disappear been busy with family stuff away from work so I haven't had time to post. 4 bits of Brogg Lore coming our way!

Also I could be mistaken but at 5'9" average weight would be in the 125 lbs to 168 lbs. And apologies for not having an exact number there. Not sure what I was thinking.

Hey everyone, I'm currently in quite a bit of pain due to a treatment at the dentist's last Friday. Hopefully it will clear up in a couple of days, but until then I probably won't be very active around here.
