The Game Setting The Midderlands Campaign Setting was published by MonkeyBlood Design & Publishing. This is a creepy version of medieval England, with a Lovecraftian bent that is set in both tone and mechanics. I don't intend to get too deeply into the wider Midderlands setting for any one-shots, but I cherry-picked content to help us build our 13th Age version of their setting. The monsters, however... the monsters I need. These creatures are the brush strokes of this green masterpiece. Since this is an OSR (Old-School RPG) game supplement, I'm converting it to 13th Age as we go, and we'll have to see how well I keep these monsters' essence intact while still converting the mechanics so they don't just kill you all.
