I had wondered about that but figured you knew what you were doing...
That said, you shouldn't need to tweak as much as you might think. Our APL is about 1 or 2 higher than expected, so if you increase the CR by 2 it should balance. In many cases, this can be easily achieved by simply doubling the total number of enemies. Where space makes this infeasible, you could add half again as many creatures but give all enemies the Advanced Template - which has a quick version. This means the only heavy rebuilding is for those really unique encounters where it simply doesn't make sense to add a bunch of extra mooks.

Nobody (except the GM) can make Estella not prepare Prestidigitation everyday; the ability to remove dirt is just too previous to her lol.

While Estella does avoid direct damage spells and especially fire spells (can you imagine if her dress caught fire?), she is still inclined to take spells that looks pretty, like Color Spray, Glitterdust, and Hypnotic Pattern. Plus Taika and Estella still have different specialization, so I'm sure they'll probably still take different spells even if we don't coordinate too much :3 (as they gain trust it'll make more sense that they coordinate though!)

(And while we talking about builds, Estella is somehow likely to take water and wind spells, and will be taking Argument Summon feat in the future, as Estella's parents wanted her to learn summon spells to protect herself-- taking that Summon Monster I spell was actually her parents' idea.) (Where Summon Monster I is pretty much useless at lvl 1 anyway.)

Lanna is a beast. She's rocking scale mail, a giant Earthbreaker (Rise of the Runelords giant mace/club effectively), and actually has no skill penalty.

But don't expect her to be doing much of anything but bashing. Lots of bashing.

You mentioned Estella was based off some character from TV. As someone who hasn't watched much of that in the past ~10 years, can I ask out of curiosity who that is?

And if I can double post, a bit of curiosity: Do any of you have any good sites or anything for fantasy portrait artwork? I've tried googe image searching "half-elf rogue" and some variations on that, but I haven't found any satisfactory images yet, and far too many WoW screenshots.

Lol, Google image search is my go-to source. You could try adding -warcraft to the end of your search, might cut down on those at least.

yeah, I just GIS it generally, can be frustrating though. if you add 4e to it you usually get good results.

Play with search terms. ad&d 3.75 rogue/thief and go to the images.

Estella is based on Rarity from My Little Pony; that show generates the most extreme reactions so I was reluctant to say it.

Well, I only rolled six times but look at those rolls! If I get another 10 then she would have like +10 modifiers lol. *crosses his fingers and hopes that he didn't use up all his luck for a test roll* XP

Mine would have been far worse than 25pt buy without re-roll ones. With re-roll ones, it would have most likely have been much better.

All the games I've ever DM'ed I did 7x 5d6, drop lowest d6, drop lowest set, if more than two scores are less than 10 (of if your dice suck big time and you end up with a 6/7) you can roll'em all again but you don't get to re-roll 1s the second pass...if you're re-rolling you are probably passing on 3 scores all over 14.

But then again, that was always back in the AD&D (2e) days when classes had silly high stat requirements and this at least gave people a semblance of a chance beyond 3 Yahtzees in a row of getting a Paladin/bard/Ranger/etc.
