Good to have you with us! I'll be glad when we finally get the ball rolling. I think I have a pretty good idea what to expect, but combat may be altogether different from what we've been doing so far. I really love the idea of using dice, especially for combat. It makes some of the more troublesome aspects of role play moot, like godmoding, power playing, miraculously knowing exactly what everyone is thinking, etc. I've been wanting to incorporate dice rolls and things like that into the regular games that I've played for a while now, but never really had the chance.

Dice rolls for my last post are in the spoiler tag. That's how we've been doing it in the solo game I'm playing, so it's sort of carried over.

Character creation is still pretty confusing, but I think I mostly got the hang of it. Glad to see the IC thread is still moving, if slowly.
