I'm totally against steering players into what I (as the ST / GM) want as a character. Follow your heart. The grunt can work just as well as a more stealthy kind of character. The choice is ultimately yours my friend.

Don't worry if you're rusty on the WOD mechanics. sageheart is also new to the system and he's getting along just fine. It's not a very difficult system to get into and understand. I'm happy to guide you during the game as well.

WOD has always been my favorite gaming system. EFS is a surefire second.

That's quite the coincidence there with the wand and the earthquake. Jeeze.... closest thing I've come to experiencing an earthquake was feeling the ground shake behind my place when the train goes by.

No need to get fancy with the character sheet. You can just copy and paste it with basic text in the main PC thread. Be sure to keep the stats invisible (secret text) and just keep the general outline of your character (physical appearance, personality quirks) out in public view.

I am looking for perhaps 2 - 3 brave souls to fill out vacant spots in the current PC group. This game has been going strong since it started back in November 2014. Sure, we have suffered the usual attrition that inevitably comes with these types of games, but we have nonetheless formed a solid core of dedicated gamers.

For all the nitty-gritty (The premise of the game, Basic idea of the game, Character creation, rule mechanics etc)... please view the first post in this advertisement thread.

I am totally willing to guide and help people with zero knowledge of the White Wolf Publishing (World of Darkness) dot gaming system. You do not have to own any of the books or even have knowledge of the system in order to apply for this game... I welcome newbies of all stripes.

I think this is a great concept. I will gladly fill a spot for this game. Was thinking of a tech savy craftsman that will be into bioware and cyberware.

You can certainly go for the augmented character route as opposed to the more supernatural. As we speak, the team lacks a suped up character and most of the PCs rely on supernatural powers.

As a suggestion, you can look at some of the more physically based vampire disciplines for inspiration on nailing down your character's abilities... potence, celerity, fortitude etc. (or other powers from other OWOD denizens in the books).

In the very near future the team will be heading to a safe house within the city of the Hub... this is where I do intend on inserting your character into the chronicle.

Okay and no need to call me mister. I will look at OWOD since I got the current ones instead. Just shoot me a message about what kind of tech is available. He will probably be a gearhead and an archeologist. He will create and modify gear but will be working towards making his improvements not vidible.
