Looking at everything, the stunned goblin's AC should be either 8 or 12 (It was unconscious and from the description, prone for a -4 AC. Now it's stunned, which means it can't stand yet, and stunned does -2 AC and denies Dex.). I'll roll against a 12, but it could be an AC of 8. And no Coup de grace, since stunned isn't listed in the helpless condition.
