Unfortunately, I still don't understand what I asked in the post before. I'll just accept that we're not required to understand about this new captain when he hasn't even appeared on screen yet. So in order to not cause any further misunderstandings, I guess I'll just treat it as if Cha-kra hasn't received this particular intel from the prisoner.
