Roll all your important rolls here (HP, Stats, etc).
Roll the usual RP stuff (hit, dmg, etc) in the story thread (see rules).

Character Creation Characters will start at Level 1 with max gold for their class 20pt buy or 2d6 and add 6 to the result for each stat. If you roll then you keep those rolls, no going back! All pathfinder sources are allowed. We typically use D20 so if it is not on this site you need our approval, except for anything forbidden below. You are allowed to have 1 trait but it MUST be tied into your background. If you were bullied it better be a pretty good tale... Health max at first level. Every level after you take average or roll (again, keep if you decide to roll). No evil characters, but chaotic might be allowed depending how well it goes with the character. ***New players feel free to apply! this is a beginning module that hopefully will extend into a larger campaign so it could be a great place to start! And please no rolling in this thread!

Generally speaking, rolls shouldn't be done in any DM Seeking Players threads.

The red asterisks on the results are because of copy/pasting from one post to another.

Red Asterisks are usually warning for DMs and players alike to check for roll tampering.

I'd suggest posting a link to the original post to make it easier for the DM to check it out.

Well, considering that Hound's rolls are a 48 point buy values, I think rerolling 1s isn't a bad idea. It's still a day or two before the sheets are needed. So we'll have time to talk about it.
(Btw: It's not that we don't want to hold to our own rules, but from experience if the difference between players is too big (12 vs 48 pointbuy), it might lead to tension *shrug*

I understand the notion. I just feel that pointbuy is always the same old same old. Which kind of defeats the purpose of the whole unique snowflake vibe most backgrounds give

With that said, I propose two possible fixes (players' choice):

• First, we all go to 20pt buy and ignore the rolls. (Since Kilgore's was twelve and Hound's was done somewhere it shouldn't have been, this should cause no major disruptions)
• Second, we keep the rolling rules and add that if the pt-buy value is lower than 15, you reroll the whole badge of rolls (this will likely lead to higher than 20pt-buy characters, but would also include both KT and Hound (for the previously mentioned reasons)

So regardless I lose my awsome epic rolls? I can understand why, but it still makes me sad, lol
