Building the Perfect 5e Stat Blocks
The monk needs track their ki points. The barbarian could use help with raging/not raging stats. Sorcerers have sorcery points. So-on-and-so-forth. With that in mind, I'd like to create a stat block for each class (and even Arcane Trickster & Eldrich Knight, I'm looking at you!some sub-classes). If you'd like to help, join in. Pick your favourite class and build what you think is the perfect stat block. Also, perfect should really be in quote marks. Everyone is going to have different ideas of what they want/need in there, but there's probably no wrong answers. If someone wants to ask my opinion on something, I'll answer with my opinion/working theory, but just because I started the thread doesn't mean I'm claiming some authority.

In my humble opinion it gets everything needed across, and with a link to the character sheet, the DM can pull anything else up that's required (inventory, etc.) |

A while back I found a really nice thread here on RPGx with some statblock examples. I've tweaked it a bit since finding it. But I use this. While it's a bit detailed in setting up, updating it isn't hard.

There’s some great ideas here! I’m in the middle of some stuff now, but I’ll have to come back and look again. Thanks everyone!
