Hello everyone. This thread is the next installment in a series of threads on a somewhat-weekly basis where we get to know members of the RPGX community by having informal "Ask Me Anything"-type threads. In essence, I am going to post some icebreaker questions to which the subject will reply and then the thread will remain open for Q&A until it isn't fun any more.

Some reminders:

Answers What are you doing right now? (besides answering this) Drinking a tall cup of iced coffee while playing through Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Can't afford Wrath of the righteous at this time... What do you like about your town? (and where is that?) Las Vegas. I would recommend you don't try and live here. Having stayed for 15 years it's very much meant to be a place you visit for a long weekend than leave. Expensive housing, brutal summers, and pretty crap public schooling. What do you see when you look in the mirror? A large, bearded man with visible bags under his eyes, blue-green eyes reflecting back in the bathroom light. A man who was held back in many ways, and still is, and is desperate to try and be more than what his depressed mind tells him. What do you see when you look out the window? An uncertain world that makes me worry what my nephews will face when they're of age, and hope the little good I'm doing will be enough. What's your personal creed/motto? The more I learn, the more I realize how little I truly know. Low-fat, non-fat or regular milk? Regular milk. I'm in too deep to switch to low or even non-fat. Pen or pencil? Pen. Forces me to face my mistakes. Last-gen or first-gen game consoles? Sixth generation. Era of the PS2 and GBA. Where would you vacation (if you had enough money)? Japan. So I can gorge myself on delicious food and see all the shocked faces of the populace when a 6' 9" American comes stomping through Shibuya. Sarcastic or ironic? Wit. Sarcasm and Irony intersect eventually and become neither. Wit takes a more careful balance to achieve. To Imveros My first decree would be to begin an 8 hour livestream for more obscure or niche tabletop games to make more players aware of them. Symbaorium, Deadlands, Mouse Guard, Numenera, Ironsworn, just to name a few. And maybe do an interactive choose-your-story type deal for fun. Like Sorcery! or something.

Have you ever tried Valentina hot sauce, and why do you consider it superior to Franks spicy vinegar in every conceivable way?

If a genie appeared before you and said that he'd either build you a modest castle with modern amenities on a chunk of land for you to live in, or offer to arrange for a month's paid vacation to anywhere in the world every year, which would you take?

Never had Valentina hot sauce. My preferred brand is Crystal.

I'd take the first option. Worst case scenario I could sell the whole thing and invest the money elsewhere. But until then I'd get to brag to people I'm a modern-day lord with a castle and land AND indoor plumbing.

Financial Analysis. So I might be able to trade stocks or know how to make really good investments to ensure income for myself, my parents, and my nephews.

I have. Havarti is lovely and creamy and goes great on sandwiches. Melts real nice but lacks the tang that comes with colby jack. I love my burritos and quesadillas ^^

I'm late to the GTKAG game, so I'm just now noticing some glaring omissions in the prior inquisition.

Do you have any pets? If yes, then I demand pictures.

Do you have any hobbies outside of gaming? If it's a photogenic hobby, then pics are good there, too.

What is your beverage of choice? I'm interested to hear both "I.e., non-alcoholictemperance" and "i.e., boozeadult" beverages, if you are of legal age in your place of residence.

I have two dogs. 11 Pitbulldog called Gensis I got from my bro-in-law because his apartment complex at the time couldn't accept pets as big as her, and a 9 year old Border Collie-mix named Sadie. That's more my Mom's dog than anyone else. And I'll need to find pics to upload and share...

Don't have a whole lot of hobbies, to be honest. Mainly reading/listening to books, trying my hand at being an author with writing one of my own, and playing video games. Oh, and trying to level up my cooking, I suppose. That's more 'necessary to live skill' than hobby.

Non-alcoholic drink of choice: Root beer, chilled.
Alcoholic drink of choice: Whiskey/rum on the rocks. (Generally don't have stuff to make cocktails)

Jameson Black Barrel. Usually around $30, has more of a smokey start because of the charred oak barrels its aged in. And a nice vanilla finish to cover up the burn. Great on the rocks and downright dangerous splashed with some Amaretto. Tastes like toasted almonds at that point.
