Ok no problem. Here is Randel Graycastle. And here is his Bio:
One night a proud father was coming home from a long hard day working at the docks unloading shipments coming from all different sorts of lands. He has walked this same route for years, from the lower docks up past the temple of Olidammara and up past The Golden Hammer and then to his house. Right as the man approached his house in the slums, a dark arm reached out and grabbed him round the throat, and a dagger buried it self deep into the mans back. He freed himself and managed to get to the door and there in the door way was his boy Randel and his young wife. They stood there watching their father and husband being killed. The mother, frantic and overwhelmed with fear for her sons life, ran to the door and slammed it shut and barred it. Randel feared for his father, ran to the door, attempting to unbar it. His mother worried that he might get out the door, grabbed him up in her arms and ran into the one and only bedroom and hid under the bed until the next morning. The next day Randel ran to the door and was clawinf at the bar across the door, his mother seeing this went to the door and unbarred it. When Randel went outside, he was greeted with the typical sights and sounds of the slums of the large city, shouting merchants, people walking and the back alley deals. Life went on as normal for Randel, as a boy growing up in the slums of a Rurion, he learned what he needed to survive; how to hide, and keep out of site, and how to lie and lift coin purses. He went on this way till his mother passed away, and he was approached by a member of the guild that had his father killed, the guild that has strong ties in the government of Tanon. They brought him to the guild hall, in the docks, the same place where his father worked. It was here that he learned the truth about father. It wasn’t normal cargo that his father unloaded everyday of his life it was slaves, drugs, and other illegal items. When his father leaked information of what the cargo truly was to the local establishment, a hit was put out on him by the guild to keep him quite. They then offered Randel a job unloading crate like his father. Randel declined the offer, saying that he would never work for such a group. Randel went on with his life. But he had a hard time finding work; there wasn’t much work in the town for a boy that has no skills other then staying out of site, and cutting purse stings. The only work he could find was the work he could make for himself, as a thief. But his life so far had turned him against the ideals of the good upstanding citizen, doing his best for the betterment of the world around them, his outlook on life turned sour, his philosophy on life was “Do unto others before the they do unto you”. It was with this philosophy he turned to the work of the assassin. He turned to the local assassins guild, he found their guild headquarters and he walked in and signed up that very day.

I was reading through my Sharn handbook, and saw the cost of buying apartments.
We might want to do that, with a secret compartment for hiding poisens and weapons, and other gear. Buy some verywhere, one in each district, so we always have a hiding spot.

Here is Toric Leafspring and his history of hatred. http://www.rpgcrossing.com/view.php?id=17094.
Toric Leafspring was kidnapped when he was 5 years old to be beatin into slavery by a greedy mine owner. He was snatched underneath his father's nose when he went to town one day to talk to a friend he knew. His father tried to find him, but the mine owner (Toric never knew his name), kept him in a sealed pot with a couple small holes. Toric never knew his real name and doesn't even know where he was born anymore. Toric Leafspring hated humans for what they have done to him. They always tortured him and never gave him or any other slaves a break, but one day he met someone. Toric refused to work one day and was put in a cage for punishment along with a halfling. This halfling (Mara Leafspring, a last name of which he took for his own) was sighted stealing some diamonds. Mara planned to escape at nightfall and Toric asked for her to take him with her. Toric "I pledge myself to your service if you take me with you. I will be usefull to you; you will not regret taking me." The halfling escaped with Toric's help. He wasn't wrong, she would never have gotten out without Toric's knowledge of the landscape. Mara taught Toric everything she knew in the arts of the shadow and he excelled. The two were becoming a real gang of misfits untill they chose to steal the wrong sword. Mara spotted a golden sword sitting by itself and snatched it, but not without it's master seeing. The master turned out to be a sorceror and was much too powerful for Mara to handle. Toric tried to help, faught against the croud to get to Mara. But it was too late. His teacher was killed; was killed by human. Just one more reason to hate them. Now, a year later, he has heard of a guild and and dreams of becoming stronger...to kill this magic user.

I had an LE elven diviner I was using for another campaign. Here's his original background. Its a tad short, but theres some more things I wanted to play with, so I'll lengthen it a little if thats ok.
Shinrok grew up in a peaceful town. He led a happy life, helping his father, a blacksmith, and the local engineer. He was surrounded by those who only wished to make their community better. In his time, previously unused land was irrigated and farmed, new buildings were erected, people toiled everyday to make the next day a little easier on everybody. Alas, this was not to last. On the eve of Shinork's 50th birthday an entire legion of drow warriors swept across the forests which the town was nested in. The townspeople were simple elves, oblivious to the ways of war, yet they gathered what feeble arms they had and stood to protect what they had worked to build. Their pride was their downfall. It was a bloody massacre, and only one person survived. That was Shinrok. He survived, only because his father,in a final act of protection, voted him to be the one to go look for help, even though he knew it was a lost cause. When Shinrok returned, he met a disturbing sight. Piles of his neighbor's skulls littered the forest floor. His town had been levelled. Realizing what his father had done stripped Shinrok of what pride he had left. He swore revenge on the drow, but deep down blamed himself or his foolishness. He roamed the lands for a while before settling down to learn magic, more for a safe haven than to learn anything. A few years of study gave him a powers he had never dreamt of. He knew realizing this power would take time, and he sought to find people to help him attain that power. He found the guild.
